Shoes are as advertised. Straps and buckles a little insubstantial but the overall effect very satisfactory and they are the correct size and comfortable. I used to shop with Barkers but my first look will be to Oswin Hyde in future. Delivery could have been quicker. Perhaps I am too used to Amazon!

Returned a kettle by refusing delivery at Sashtimes suggestion. 3 weeks on no sign of refund. Contacting eBay or the seller gets no response at all. Scam.
Bethany helped resolve a ridiculously long standing problem created by Octopus computer program. She did it with tact and efficiently by knowing the solution.
Appointments arranged rapidly. Little waiting times and plenty of seating. From reception through optometrist to selection of spectacles and costs etc. everything ran in an unhurried and professional way. The atmosphere in the shop was excellent as was the price compared to recently used competitors. Only downside lack of car park.

Excellent publishers with a simple template. Once completed and uploaded books are received quickly. One small problem was caused probably by the courier and Blurb rapidly corrected the issue.
I have had a few issues since transferring from Midcounties Co-op. Then attempts were made to sort it out but until Stan Moss we had been moved around with little happening. Stan has sorted everything and to be fair I expect most of the problems were caused by the data base input from Co-Op. Thanks Stan.
Most but not all Club Sites are top quality with choices of pitches, some small, some large, some grass, some hardstanding and best of all some fully serviced. There are not enough of the latter. They should be available on all club sites especially those without a toilet block. There are significant areas of the country without sites too. For instance, Leicestershire and Essex. Costs have increased in excess of inflation within the last few years with few if any additional benefits. Wardens are generally well trained and personable. A more rigid arrival/departure system would be preferable the current flexibility is open to abuse. Less dogs or some dog free sites would be preferable.
