Placed an order through Debenhams but need to return. Returns go through PLT portal, but PLT are not recognising my order number as it is in a different format if purchased through Debenhams. Contacted customer services nobody has replied. Do not buy from here. Used to love PLT but now I believe them to be the worst online retail brand.

I ordered a vacuum 2 weeks ago. On the day it was delivered I contacted Hoover to return the item using the online returns form on the website. 2 weeks later and I have not received a reply despite the website stating I will receive a response within 24 hours. I have also contacted the support team to raise my concerns and was told that a 3rd party website manage their returns and they cannot help me. I am now stuck with an unwanted vacuum and money from my bank that should have been refunded by now.
Terrible customer service and I will never buy from Hoover again.

Had our conservatory roof insulation and spotlights installed today by Gavin & Ste. The work was completed to a high standard and both Gavin & Ste were very informative and kept me up to date with the whole process. They tidied up all of their mess when they were finished and we are really happy with the end result. Thank you!

Lovely looking venue, very clean and aesthetically pleasing. Staff were all very kind and appeared knowledgeable when I asked them questions. Appointments were running half an hour late but I did go prime time on a busy Saturday afternoon. I liked how you got a free gift at the end of the appointment, thank you!

I dealt with Shaun Chapman in Manchester (Trafford) and got the impression that he had good knowledge about cars and their worth. I really hate being pressured into things by salesmen, however he wasn't pushy in the slightest, gave me my options, and let me make my own decision instead of forcing me into selling my car. In the end I did sell with we buy any car, and I would do so again. I feel like I got a good price for my car and have left a happy customer.
