Ordered from .co.uk website, NO mention it's shipping from China! I'm another customer that's probably not going to receive in time for Christmas. Absolutely disgusted at the bait and switch, especially as it's no cheaper than ordering from Owala themselves from the US - which I would have done had I known!

Was slightly nervous as I read some not great reviews, but I have to say my experience at Heathrow was fantastic. I pulled into meet and greet, but had no idea where to go, so I called their number. Someone answered immediately and told me to rows R & S, and I found them easily. Same with the return leg, phoned when I cleared passport control/baggage and my car was waiting for me when I got to level 4.

Only thing I would mention is that the "Row R&S" confusion could be addresses on the documentation - but otherwise, excellent service.

Excellent prices, quick delivery, worked perfectly - I wouldn't hesitate to use CJS again.

So far, I'm absolutely blown away by Kualo (I was referred by a work colleague). Being a bit of a n00b, I've had to raise a number of tickets to get various technologies working - every single time I've had a response within minutes, even late at night! Prices are cheaper than the US based hosts I've used in the past, site response is quicker. Very impressed and I'd thoroughly recommend!
