Absolutely the WORST customer service…

Absolutely the WORST customer service if you can call it that. 2nd booking through their platform after being Airbnb super host for YEARS. Guests arrived with surprise dogs. Guests refuse to pay bill for dogs. VRBO keep saying they've escalated - 6 times!! Nothing happens. I've been advised twice by VRBO to commit fraud by creating a "damage scene" to photograph after guests departure in order to get "my bill paid". What kind of establishment is VRBO?? Bunch of thugs.

Overall good so far, minor concern.

Happy with service. Delivered on time. Just two slight concerns. Regarding the first, it's early days but mattress is leaving an indentation or sunken area where I've slept that lasts most of the day. For a new mattress a little concerned. However it's super comfortable. Secondly, there's no way to call with questions, only email. I think most customers feel a little put off if a seller is hard to reach.

Just appalling

Just appalling. In various RingGo locations it's impossible to select a length of time to park. Instead it charges you the maximum amount if you don't remember to CANCEL. Got caught out a few times now, totalling quite a lot.

Noone else operates like that. Daylight robbery.

Game changer!

So far, this program is proving to be extremely good. When you can see "you" in "black and white" on paper and how your choices will instantly impact your biology, it's much easier to make chances that I believe will last. Not a diet and makes you realize ALL diets and even 1-2-1 with dietician is a shot in the dark most likely to fail due to unknown biology of the individual. This is a game changer quite simply.

Bought these for my daughter

Bought these for my daughter. Quality feels very good however had to return 2 pairs which were too big. Disappointing that it was £4.00 to return them. This should be included especially as they are extremely expensive for what they are to begin with.

Would rate zero. STEER CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY

Would rate zero.
Went to this website, put in my details - because you had to do that first - then browsed around to see if I wanted to go ahead. I did NOT want to go ahead and cancelled and exited website.

That was on 28th Oct. They have since charged me £47.48 for something I did not agree to buy. When I call customer service to find out why they've done this, I was advised that I SHOULD HAVE visited their FAQ page before changing my mind about signing up with them, to learn that it was then 'too late' to cancel the 'first box' (which I DID NOT SELECT!!!). I also never received a confirmation email of any order!!! Because, my account wasn't completed!

Con artists. Scammers. Robbery.
DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THIS COMPANY. Don't set foot on their website because the moment you do, you will get a bill regardless if you agreed to purchase or not.

Can you imagine, going into a shop and going to till to purchase an item. Just as you're approaching the till, you change your mind. Shop says: TOO LATE, YOU'RE IN THE QUEUE SO IT'S NOT 5O% (Green Chef, as an "offer of good will" has offered to charge me 50% less of the product I never agreed to buy). So that is still robbery because I agreed to purchase nothing. Twitter next.

Sent me a book in terrible condition…

Sent me a book in terrible condition that they'd sold as "in very good condition". Several of the pages of the workbook had already been filled in and some pages has toddler scribbles all over.
The front page has a broken timer and a sticker that said 50p. Clearly from a jumble.
When I was dissatisfied with this, i was refunded for the book, but only after they first tried to pull a fast one. I see many people are unhappy about similar experiences.

Bought a 10 minutes a day timetables…

Bought a 10 minutes a day timetables books listed as "in very good condition". Received today, 9 days later, and 6 pages of the workbook have been filled in already and a toddler has clearly filled in one page with scribbles all over. I don't consider this in fair condition. It's in very bad condition. On the front page it has a sticker, clearly showing it was picked up for 50p(!) somewhere. I paid £4.49.
There's also a 10 minute timer on the front, which is broken.
I tried to call wob at about 3pm today and no human picks up so I'm leaving this review instead. Feel totally ripped off!!

5 minute wonder!

My order, No. 1097 (in UK) arrived in good time. It worked really well, for 1,5 DAYS! Used it six times on 1,5 days till it stopped working. It will not charge with USB provided. Despite following instructions to clean with a damp cloth and 'neutral cleaning substance' (I used damp cloth with water), followed by dry cloth, the gel like sticky substance that makes it stick to your skin, has lost it stickiness and is disintegrating.

Total waste of time and considerable amount of money for basically 'single use'.

Bought a swimsuit which didn't fit…

Bought a swimsuit which didn't fit well. Tried to return through website, which leads you nowhere. Then tried chat 'service', where I was told to make an account and return from here. However, it's impossible to return an item from an account created AFTER you've made a purchase and received item. Catch 22. Seem stuck with this thing and keep getting automated responses with links that take me in circles. Frustrating! Will not use again.
