4 dage uden internet uden løsning i sigte

Internettet holdt op med at fungere for fire dage siden, og på grund af begrænsede åbningstider for support og nødvendigheden af ​​at være i nærheden af ​​hardwaren kunne jeg først ringe til support følgende aften - for 3 dage siden. Problemet er tilsyneladende hos en ekstern leverandør Opennet, og jeg fik at vide, at det ville være løst inden for 8 arbejdstimer.
Jeg ringede den følgende dag, da 8 arbejdstimer næsten var gået, og blev fortalte, at jeg bare måtte vente. Morgenen efter ringede jeg og fik at vide, at sagen var eskaleret (efter næsten 20 minutter), og jeg ville modtage et opkald i løbet af dagen. Det skete ikke, og jeg har ikke fået nogen opfølgning siden. Jeg går ud fra, at jeg først hører noget på mandag, og frygter, at det bare bliver at planlægge teknikerbesøg, som nok skal planlægges et par dage i forvejen. Jeg kigger derfor på mindst 1 uge uden internet.
Telenor kunne forbedre deres support ved at give bedre muligheder for at rapportere fejl online og uden for åbningstiden, som bliver svaret på inden for en rimelig tidsramme (ikke 2 dage for e-mails som nævnt på deres hjemmeside).
Det ville også være godt at kunne følge min sag på nettet, og have en smule proaktivitet fra Telenor til at kontakte mig mindst hver 24 timer i stedet for at jeg skal ringe til dem hver dag.

De holder snigende fast i dine penge i håb om, at du glemmer det

Jeg var kortvarigt kunde af Modstrøm (6 måneder) og valgt at opsige fordi muligheden for at betale månedligt ikke gav nogen mening, når de opkrævede aconto 2 måneder i forvejen. Inden jeg overhovedet fik en kWh strøm fra Modstrøm, havde jeg allerede modtaget 2 regninger. Deres regninger var også virkelig svært at forstå modsat alle andre elselskaber jeg har været kunde hos.

Jeg opsagt min aftale den 10. maj og officielt flyttede over til en ny leverandør den 1. juni. Den 14. juni fik jeg en mail at leverandørskiftet var registreret. Mailen forklarede "Når vi har modtaget de sidste forbrugstal fra netselskabet, danner vi en slutopgørelse indenfor seks uger efter". I betragtning af at mit elforbrug kan spores ned til minuttet og ses af mig et par dage senere, vil jeg forvente, at 14 dage efter jeg har skiftet leverandør, skulle Modstrøm allerede have modtaget de forbrugsdata.
Dog for ukendt årsager kræver de 6 uger til at lave slutopgørelsen.

Årsagen til at de nu får kun 1 stjerne, er fordi jeg fik slet ikke noget kommunikation fra Modstrøm siden den 14. juni. Jeg har kigget på bank kontoen et par gange og undrede mig hvorfor jeg havde ikke fået en udbetaling endnu. I dag logger jeg på Modstrøms hjemmeside og kan se en slutopgørelse med dato midt i juli. Jeg skulle indtaste min bankkonto for at få pengene tilbage, og nu åbenbart går der mindst 5 til 10 dage indtil jeg får min penge retur.
Det er svært at se, hvordan sådan en forretningspraksis er etisk eller lovlig. Modstrøm kunne nemt sende slutopgørelsen på mail (ligesom alle regninger blev sendt) og anmode om at man giver bank detaljerne, og/eller de kunne bede om bankoplysninger på tidspunktet for opsigelsene og automatisk udbetale, når de har lavet slutopgørelsen.

Der skal ikke herske nogen tvivl om, at det er kundernes penge, hvis man har et tilgodehavende hos os. Vi betaler løbende penge tilbage, og vi holder styr på alle beløb og sørger for, at slutopgørelser kommer på plads, som de skal.

Free version is an amazing tool

I was surprised to see the number of negative reviews for Canva here. In my experience the service is exceptional and provides a great service to produce documents, social media posts, logos etc all for free. There are of course limits to the free product such as limits to the versions of files you can download, however this is made very clear in the download options, and there is always an option to download the file you have created in a few different forms.

For prisen er produktkvalitet ikke klar

Jeg købte én Tickrmeter med 40% rabat, og dette pris var alt for høj i forhold til kvaliteten. Efter min første forsøge at have en playlist kørende med 5 danske aktier, som skifter hvert 5 minutter, så løb batteriet tør efter mindre end 24 timer. En anden forsøg med en playlist hvor mine aktie kun skiftede hvert 30 minutter, og kun mellem kl. 8-18, så løb batteriet tør efter 2 dage. I begge tilfælde tændte jeg ikke lyset, derfor ville batteriet løb tør meget hurtigere hvis den var tændt. For noget med en e-ink skærm er det meget hurtigt at løb tør.
Jeg kan se på nogle svar her at de arbejder på at forbedre batteritiden, men jeg undre mig over at de ikke har gjort det lang siden.

Det er også lidt arbejd krævet i design på skærmen, da de fleste af mine aktier bliver klippet kort så man ikke kan se hele koden.
Hvis jeg havde betalt fuldpris, så ville det være sendt retur.

Til sidst var jeg ikke særlig imponeret over at få besked fra PostNord at leveringen kommer til et posthus. Det står ikke tydeligt på hjemmesiden at leveringen er kun til nærmest posthus. Det er noget som skal rettes hurtigst muligt for fremtidige kunder, fordi det er ikke altid nemt for folk at komme til det nærmeste posthus, hvor den nærmeste kan godt være nogle kilometer væk.

Nemt service

Fik installeret en ny loftlem og hele processen var virkelig nemt. Hjemmesiden og booking systemet fungere godt, og aftalerne til opmåling og efterfølgende installation var afholdt som aftalt.

Points purchase works well, but...

Points purchase works well, but having the only private delivery option being to a collection point is quite frustrating. Used my points to purchase a few different things, and having only the option to deliver to a collection point chose that.
Unfortunately the package was so large, long and heavy - it was a nightmare walking home with it and my bike. A delivery option to a private address, even at the cost of a few points, would make this a 5 star experience.

Simple user interface and good control…

Simple user interface and good control over settings - including easily creating guest accounts for family, neighbours, cleaner etc. Luckily haven't had need to experience how they react to a fire or break in.
The app is modern, and have not noticed any bugs or issues.
We had problems with one door contact device, but contact with the service technician who installed it was easy and the device was replaced.

Would and do recommend Verisure to anyone looking for a security solution at home. The monthly fee adds up over time, however the peace of mind that a control centre will quickly react to any break in or fire is worth it.

Placed an order for an electric shaver late evening on a Thursday night, and on Friday morning had already received email updates that the product was packed and sent to me.
Saturday morning and the delivery was at our doorstep.

Really happy with the fast service from Whiteaway. Made it much less stressful for this Christmas gift purchase

Difficult to come into contact with

Rented an apartment managed by Cobblestone until recently. Whenever we needed to get into contact it would often take multiple email attempts.
We moved out of the apartment in July, with a lease end of 31st August. Received remaining deposit back in October, after we enquired as to when we would receive it. It did not include some money taken by Cobblestone for electricity for a period up to end September, and have now emailed 4 times over the last month with no response.

Not looking forward to next year when we will need to chase a refund for heating and water. Earlier this year we got the refund in March/April (for a period which ended November the previous year). The year before that we received the refund in May/June (again for a period which ended November the previous year).

Cobblestone seem to have little respect for tenants time, and they will hold on to your money for a lot longer than should be allowed.

We are sorry to read that you had a bad experience moving out of your apartment.
We are striving to make the settlement of the (repayment of deposit) amount as fast as possible.
Often we are struggling to get the final refurbishments invoices from the service providers who are engaged by to owner of the property - and NOT Cobblestone !.
The repayment of the deposit was made with in the legal limit of 8 weeks.
It is correct that the period as of when the water/heating and settlements are finalized is wearing year by year and when you are moving out the law give us the opportunity to keep a small deposit to arrange the forth coming settlements. This to avoid “hopefully” to ask you to repay for the consumption of water/heating spend while you were living in the apartment.
Our Property Manager has also cleared the issue relating to electricity and the fact that the tenant always should remember to unsubscribe the agreement with the electricity firm when leaving the apartment.

Great selection & quick delivery

Great selection & quick delivery. Very convenient being able to buy Asian specialties online with delivery. The only thing I didn't like was the amount of plastic and packaging in the delivery box; hopefully something which could be improved in time.

I'm happy to hear you are satisfied with our products and delivery :)

Regarding the packaging, it is necessary to protect glass bottles thoroughly, since we don't want to waste any products and hassle our customers with the issues that this causes.
Reshipping a package and throwing products in the trash due to damages is also not environmentally friendly, so it's always a difficult balance.

I can inform you, that everywhere we can, we use recycled plastics. So know, that both the bubblewrap and even the tape we use, are made primarily from recycled plastics.
We also try to use recycled paper for protection when possible, but for orders with a lot of glass bottles, this is not sufficient, unfortunately.

We are always looking for less wasteful products to use in packaging, so I'm glad to hear these efforts are appreciated :) Did you know that we also support the organisation "A Better Ocean", that are working to clear plastics from the oceans?

Review of Bomae Køberrådgivning

Great sales pitch locks you in, doesn't deliver, huge bill

Bomae won us over with their sales pitch. But they will not work with you until you sign a contract, locking you into paying them a 24.990kr fee regardless of whether you end up purchasing a house or not. Our final bill was 41.985kr & that's after 6.500kr discounts we managed to get. Compare this to the around 18.000kr we would have spent if we had gone with one of the other agents we spoke with, you would expect to get amazing service.

Here are some of the issues we had:

*Slow communication: We often found that emails would go unanswered by 1-2 days, which is a long time when attempting to buy a house.

*Lacking advice: Having already found the house we wanted their service of finding a property was not needed. The agent needed only to review the property, asses the price level, talk with the estate agent, review contract of sale & "a lot more". But we paid 7.495kr for those tasks, none of which I feel were delivered. The conversation about price level seemed to be "but what do you feel like you are willing to pay?" rather than giving me an educated assesment. In terms of dialogue with the estate agent, I found myself often talking to the estate agent who was worried that they hadn't heard from the advisor.
As for reviewing the contract of sale I raised concerns about it to which the advisor replied that I should just sign it & the lawyer can retroactively deal with any issues. I'm still not sure what that 7.495kr got us.

*Basic financial advice: The financial aspect of Bomae was one of the reasons we chose them. We were very thankful for the time & advice of our financial advisor. But it did not live up to the +12.000kr fee. In our case we got a few rejections based on my residency status (even though I have lived in Denmark 5+ years & our economy was good). Bomae presented 2 offers, 1 from a bank that initially rejected us & only looked at the case again after I pressured the bank. The 2nd was from a bank contact which was given to us by a buyers agent we didn't end up choosing.
Bomae’s contracts said they would obtain 3 offers, we got only 2 & only because of my intervention. After the rejections from their usual bank contacts, it seemed Bomae were stuck & were not proactive in reaching out to other banks.

The budget we were given was very rough & high level. It also showed Ejerskifteforsikring on the very lower end - that lower end only being quoted by one company, a company Bomae's lawyer advised us not to use. So in the end the costs in purchasing the house were at least 20.000kr more than the budget we were provided.

For the Ejerskifteforsikring the advisor also told us the owners of the house would pay 50% of the value of the lowest offer in the Refusionsopgørelse. The financial advisor neglected to tell us that in a Refusionsopgørelse any tax the owners have paid on the house is charged to us as buyers, basically meaning the Refusionsopgørelse is not us getting money, but us paying money. Despite telling Bomae we were first home buyers, Danish is not my first language & we wanted guidance & advice on everything; this important detail about the Refusionsopgørelse was never mentioned.

*The bill: Bomae’s sales pitch said that they almost always are able to negotiate their fee into the home loan. After it became clear that our bank offer would not include Bomae's fee, I reached out to our advisor asking them to confirm when specifically we would receive the bill & what the payment terms would be. The agreement with Bomae states you are billed when the transaction is final. I received a vague response that we will be charged when the deal is approved, not final, (no date given, nor a specific frame for when the deal is considered approved) & "I can see that our fee has been put into the cost of the bankloan. So the invoice will be sent further to the bank". I replied advising that is not what the financial advisor had told us, I never got a reply.

Surprise (not really) the invoice was sent to us directly. We received it 2 weeks after we had the keys for the house, 1 month before our official takeover & 2 months before the Refusionsopgørelse. Having not been prepared to receive it at that time, receiving an invoice for over 40.000kr with a payment term of just 3 days was quite stressful. The invoice hadn't included the discounts which were agreed upon so we got a new invoice the next day, with an 8 days payment term.

*Summary: In our case, they simply did not deliver a service that warrants a bill over 40.000kr. For that price I would not expect to spend as much time as I did chasing banks myself, talking to the real estate agent, or following up with Bomae. I expected a much more thorough & accurate budget. The reduction we got on the purchase price was something I believe any other company would have achieved & our bank offers were not more favourable than if we had approached the banks ourselves.

Best price online for the product I wanted and fast delivery. Was very happy with my purchase that arrived on a Tuesday morning, after placing the order late Sunday night. It was already packed and ready to go early Monday morning. Very happy with such a quick turnaround.

Good online self service

Good online self service, fast delivery after ordering. Free wifi range extenders with our plan were very much appreciated and helped increase the coverage of our wifi far into our big garden.
We have experienced one day when the internet was down for almost 24 hours, but otherwise the service has been consistent.
The speeds through wifi are not as high as we would like considering we have the 300mbps package; so I would not upgrade to a faster speed without a better router.

It's very good to see that the service has been consistent. Regarding your wifi speed, it's very hard for the equipment to follow along with the high speeds over wifi. If possible you will get the full connection with a CAT5 cable to your most important devices. That's just an advice for you to try.
