They put your account on hold but don't give a reason

I have been happy doing the surveys with Prolific and don't use VPN(don't really know what it is) I think I have had a couple of rejections but said that would not jeopardise my account. I wasn't getting any surveys and then found out my account was on hold. I contacted them and eventually got a reply that my account was staying on hold but did not give me a reason and i can't contact them again which is quite weird. I really enjoyed the surveys and don't know what I did wrong and as a 67 year old lady it couldn't have been much

This is what they said to me in reply
Following a thorough manual review, we regret to inform you that your account will remain restricted. We cannot provide further details about the review, and we must emphasise that this outcome is final and cannot be reversed.

You are still welcome to withdraw any remaining balance from your account, but you will not be able to use Prolific again to take part in studies.

If any studies are still awaiting review, you’ll be able to cash out those earnings once approved and paid by the researcher, even if the total is below £6/$6.

Please also note that you are not permitted to create a new account, and we ask that you do not attempt to do so.

Thank you for your understanding, and we're sorry for any disappointment this may cause.

They have given no reason so I may have done something wrong or may not have but they give you nothing to challenge.

When an account is placed on hold, this is a result of a variety of crucial automated checks, one or more of which have failed. These checks are important because one of our main goals as a research platform is to provide high data-quality standards for every single study that runs on Prolific.

Once an account is put on hold, you have the opportunity to appeal for your account to be reinstated. We are then able to manually review the account using the information you have provided in your appeal, and we may then be able to reinstate the account. This is a human check on the account and involves a deeper investigation. Please do reach out to the support team if you would like to appeal your account status. Unfortunately, if we are unable to reinstate the account following an appeal, this decision will be final.

They are absolutely shocking

They are absolutely shocking. I managed to get to $26.50 so was just $4 away from earning $30 and then suddenly every single survey I did for them which takes approx 15 minutes I didn't fit the profile although I completed each one. They are scammers and I can't understand why they are still allowed to trade.
