Marcin Wojtanik was knowledgeable and extremely professional. He identified the issue areas where possibly the mice might be coming into the property. The mice problem has now been resolved.

I paid 75 pounds each for my twins this morning so that they could take an eleven plus mock exam. On booking we received an email saying that the mock test would be a GL assessment test. When I went to collect my twins after the test I found out that Champs learning had administered a CEM test and not a GL test. When I questioned one of the staff about this she was not able to come up with any convincing reason for this switch. Extremely disappointed at this unprofessional and almost fraudulent attitude. Please do not take your children to Champs Learning for an eleven plus mock test. I will also be making a complaint to the relevant consumer rights department.

Claudia is a good and patient band leader. My twins enjoyed the experience. We will be continuing with Rock steady.

We booked a block of 20 lessons at the Brentford centre for 7.30 pm for my 8 year old daughter. For 18 of those lessons the instructor entered the pool only twice to coach my daughter. All other times he was coaching by the poolside. I think his contract was not renewed by swimexpert and we had a new instructor for the final 2 lessons. She was always in the pool and was fabulous as a teacher. It would be fair to say that my daughter learnt as much in 2 lessons as she did in the previous 18 lessons. Very unprofessional company as it does not know what its coaches are up to. I am frustrated at having trusted them enough to book a block of 20 lessons. Bad experience.

Excellent customer service team. Both Amiee and Chloe were very helpful. My order no was 100186550. I needed a refund on a faulty product and the matter was handled professionally.

Poor service. The courier was to deliver 4 Plastic chairs from Amazon. When I checked my Amazon account I found to my surprise that it indicated that I had refused delivery and the consignment had been returned to the seller. I certainly did not receive or refuse delivery.

Delivery of Nespresso capsules not made. I still received an email from Paack saying that the delivery had been made.
