Extremely disappointed
Extremely disappointed: From 8 weeks to 19 weeks with no explanation.
I ordered five items (Montana Furniture) on Sept 23, 2025. After four delivery delays, my expected date has moved from November to February 2026.
What is most frustrating is the lack of transparency. I’ve had to contact them repeatedly for updates, only to be told there are no supply chain issues. If there are no issues, why is my order 11 weeks late? They offered a 10% discount as compensation, which is insulting considering the poor service and the amount of time I've spent chasing them down. Very unprofessional experience.
Note! I did contact Montana directly to see if they have experienced any logistic or supply chain issues - they confirmed that they have not and the delay is not due to Montana.
