don't bother ordering from Sephora online, they don't send their orders, and don't refund missing orders, a total rip-off

Sephora do not deliver your order

Sephora do not deliver your order, there is no customer service (no one answers the facebook chat) and no one answers your email. DO NOT ORDER from Sephora, you won't received your items.

Items aren't shipped to customers

I ordered an item on Nov 30th and it hasn't arrived nor been shipped. There is no customer service number and on email they don't respond or let you know if your item will ever arrive. Buy from a company that actually sends your perfume to you

We arrived a bit late for our reseervation, I called and left a message that we would be late. When we arrived the lady at the front desk greeted us with 'if you're late again just so you know we won't hold your table.' No hello, welcome. I told her I called and left a message, She said 'I don't care, that doesn't matter.' She was incredibly rude and ruined our evening. The food nor drinks were anying special, there are much better Indian restaurants in London with nicer staff so skip Dishoom.

I have had Saga health insurance with no claims for 2 years. They increased my premiums by nearly 50% this year with no explanation. Saga commits highway robbery against its customers. Avoid at all costs.

My only trusted garden plant provider

After being disappointed with many online garden plant providers, Gardening Express sent me plants that I ordered that surpassed my expectations. I ordered 5 Mexican Palms and they all came double or triple stemmed, in good condition and at least as tall if not taller than described. Gardening Express will now be my only trusted online garden plant provider.

Double charged and threatened with debt collection

I was double charged for an overnight stay for my dog and was threatened with my debt being sent to a debt collector. When I proved the debt was because I was double charged there was no apology despite being a Medivet client for 7 years. Check your Medivet bills as they'll try and take advantage of loving pet owners.

Virgin Broadband the worst I've ever had

Virgin Media's broadband, despite the promise of high speeds, performs more poorly than cheaper providers like Plusnet. My wifi constantly cut in and out and Virgin had no interest in fixing the problem. I now use 3 wireless broadband for a 1/3 of the price and the performance of my wifi is massively improved. Don't choose Virgin, their speed numbers are misleading.

We ordered jeans for my son nearly 2 months ago and nothing has arrived. There is no number to call and there is no response on their customer service chat. Don't order from mnml unless you want to throw your money away

Purple parking is a sham

Purple parking is a sham and run by cowboys. They ask you to ring when you are in the baggage hall and then don’t answer. When you arrive at the meet and greet they are rude, your car isn’t ready and hasn’t left the depot. So you have to wait for 30 mins. Use any other parking service - NOT Purple Parking!

DON'T GET A SONOS

Sonos used to have marvellous customer service. They were based in the US and were pleasant and knowledgeable and could fix any issue. Now it seems they've moved their customer support (no doubt to save costs to Easter Europe where quite frankly they have little to no knowledge and are unable to help. I spent 1 hour and 45 mins trying to solve an issue for it to be a complete waste of time and have been told someone will contact me either by email or phone whenever. RIDICULOUS!

Do not order from Blacks online

Do not order from Blacks online. If there are any issues with your order they don't respond on email and after holding for an inordinate amount of time the phone, their people are unhelpful and hang up on you.
I ordered a bike lock and a bike light. They packed a heavy bike chain in a small plastic bike with a bike light. Unsurprisingly the bike light was demolished by the bike lock and though I emailed customer care with pictures of the damage on the day I received it I only received automatic email responses. I called the customer care line and after holding for over 10 mins the person who tried to help me said I had to send the damaged item back for it to be assessed before they would exchange it or give me a refund. No other online retailer would request this when a damaged item was received by a customer and pictures of the damage were sent.
I then went into one of their stores. The store manager was apologetic and said their online store system is about 10 years out of date and they hear complaints from customers everyday who revert to stores to deal with returns. So shop at a Blacks or Millet store but don't order anything online. Better to get it from Amazon who put customers 1st.
