Should be zero stars

Should be zero stars. Scammed my dads bank card he’s never even ordered from this company, bank says it’s a recurring card payment which we cannot cancel via the bank, only the company can cancel. Tried using there contact us form on website, this doesn’t submit once filled in, tried email address on website that pings back as undelivered. Absolutely shocking.

RUDE customer service agent Steven…

RUDE customer service agent Steven which has totally shocked me!
Placed an order in June been chasing to see where it is as still not received in august. Asked if anything can be done as was starting to become a bit of a joke when I purchased on the proviso it would be with me within 10 days.
Was sent via email an offer of two similar items which were in stock, so chose one of these which was £8 more expensive. I asked could the £8 be waived as a gogw seeing as the item I received hadn’t been received in the 10 day timeframe advertised which is what I paid for.
Was advised price was the price and I either needed it or not, and if I didn’t someone else would! This is not great customer service I’m sure you will agree this is just plain rude! If it weren’t for this response I would have paid the £8 however I’d rather not now purchase another thing from you and have now requested my order be cancelled and a full return issued and a receipt supplied via email once cancellation is processed let’s hope that doesn’t take 6 weeks.
