The man, Richard who usually delivers our parcels from Evri is always happy and polite. Can’t fault him whatsoever.
We have lots of deliveries from other companies, I won’t mention their names, theres a few regular people who call here, some make me feel apologetic for ordering so many parcels and can barely manage a kind word let alone a smile.

So easy to return items, didn’t need to print out a label or returns slip. Just needed to show a barcode to the shop keeper.

No faffing around, questions asked, quoted amounts, had options to cover for 30 days, 60, 90 days etc... Great if you are struggling at the moment because of Covid-19. Definitely recommend, already told a few friends about this company. Very happy!

Have been paying for two policies for many years. I was told by the telephonist that my radiators were covered by my policy. I called them out and was then told that only my pipes and the joints (cant remember the official name for the nuts!) into the radiators are covered, but the actual radiators were not. Still left with a leaking radiator. VERY dissatisfied with this company.

This is the first time that I had shopped at Dickies. No problem on their site re: ordering & payment. They accept PayPal which I prefer to use. Delivery was very fast & quality if goods fantastic. I will definitely shop with this company again.
