Latest fiddle

For the the last few days I've finished multiple surveys only to be screened out at the end 4 times running is my record so they have now taken the data and fiddled you out of the few miserable points. Then one of two things happen. 1/ your directed to another survey which you will be screened out or the survey will 4 x longer than the one you've just finished. Take no notice of the reply the company will put here this happens 500% more than any coincidence and their excuse book has more pages than ` war and peace'

Latest fiddle

Here a 8 minute survey for 20 points but what we're not telling you is when you finish it we're not paying you a penny instead we're forward you to another survey which you won't qualify for but we don't care because we've got the data we're after from the first survey for nothing you mug. This is not a one off experience it happens quite frequently

Though we try our best to pre-qualify you for all surveys, there's always a possibility that you are deemed 'not a match' should you not fit the exact criteria our partners are looking for. Also, when a survey invite goes out, it can attract more Branded Surveys Members than originally planned and they fill up really quickly.

To report any future survey issues, use our "Report Issue" tool. This allows our team specialists to review the survey and credit you with the points you deserve, especially on ones that you've invested a lot of time in or encounter issues halfway/tail-end of the survey. Here's how:

1. Go to 'My Points' on your dashboard (bottom right 'more' button for mobile).
2. Scroll down and click 'Report Issue.'
3. Choose 'Report Issue' next to the specific survey.

If you want to lose the will to live…

If you want to lose the will to live this is the place for you. They send so many surveys then keep screening you out then when you do finish one they tell you don't fit while all the taking little bits of information about you to build your profile to sell with thousands of others. Oh and not forgetting the ridiculous leader board where fictitious people have completed hundreds of surveys in a month and earned so called hundreds of pounds. Absolute waste of time

Still lying through their teeth

After they answered my review with out and out lies I thought I'd give them another go after 6 completed surveys 4 at the end and I mean submitting final answer The 'it's not you it's us' screen appears which means we have your answers and your getting nothing. I suggest coming back to this review to see the blatant lies they reply and they will be blatant lies about how eventually the points will be traced and you will be credited. Also as other people have noted on the 8th September one month ago I redeemed points for a WHOLE £10 Sainsbury's gift card which still hasent been sent
I wonder what absolute garbage excuse why this takes so long perhaps their going skint so I'd be careful doing any surveys with this group of thieves

Still fiddling you

Following on again from earlier reviews.
2 surveys done this morning that I answered every question and again both times after finishing i get the its not you its us. So again they take your answers and don't pay the miserable few points, and the nonsense replies they put on here that they trace these and credit you later is an ABSOLUTE LIE. This lot a the biggest bunch of thieves god ever put breath into

Still a disgrace

Following on from a previous review after their reply I thought I'd try again so 3 surveys later all 99.9 percent complete but when it comes to receiving your points it's either ' IT'S NOT YOU IT'S US' or your not the right profile which doesn't happen at the beginning it doesn't happen half way through it doesn't happen 75% of the way it doesn't happen 95% through? This only happens 99.9% when they have all your answers and you won't receive anything

Getting worse

This company gets worse and worse not only does it take 4/5 weeks to get a reward (my record is 9 weeks for a PayPal payment) now I've noticed the payment for surveys has decreased they even now give you a VIRTUAL ROSETTE for some now the last 2 surveys that I have completed ended with a screen saying it's not you it's us when what they mean is 'we have your answers and we're not paying you' when you complain they a book full of excuses ready total disgrace. Anyone starting out on here might be ok for a while but then?
