They advertise 'free free free free free', but when it comes to download the file, it proves not to be free at all. Do NOT use this website and demand removal of all your details from their database, as this is something they also do not do. I would not be surprised if they would sell my email address to a marketing / spam company.

I bought for many thousands of euros concrete blocks. As the total amount was more than my debit card would allow me to spend on a single day, I received instructions for a bank transfer. Which I did the same day.
Sofar, everything ok. These blocks come on pallets for which you have to pay a deposit of €10 per pallet. When I brought them back the pallets were unloaded by a friendly guy who wrote date and time and the number of pallets I had returned.
Sofar everything ok... I went to the office to finalize the return of the pallets. I needed to supply proof that I was the owner of my bank account. I just had to sign in to my bank app and request such a form, which states my name and my bank account number. I am from Holland and my bank does not offer such a document. More important: why do I have to prove that I am the owner of the bank account which was used to pay thousands of euros. I had already returned the pallets, so what was the 'risk' or what was the possible fraud here ? It's now 3 weeks ago and they have still not transferred the deposit (€100) on my bank account.

I joined this website after browsing a bit and I thought it was worth the money. Soon after I signed up for the premium membership and became active, I received lots of contact messages, which looked suspicious immediately because of the formatting of the location where I am. Messages wrote like this: "Hi, are you still active and are you also living in Inca Balearic Islands?" The next message contained the same location indicator, and the next one again. These were fake messages from bots. The next day these were all 'de-activated'. The website states a message that users are likely to de-activate their website because they have found a partner. Do you believe it ? If you look closely to the listings, you will notice that most of them are fake.
I have requested a full refund, on which they do not respond. I will not rest before I get my money back. They are charging the money through their EU company in Ireland, so they must follow up and respect the 14 days cool off period, which applies to buying subscriptions online.
If needed I will hire a lawyer to get my money back, but my bank is already preparing the chargeback, which will cost TSdates.com at least $25 more than returning the money back to me.
So my strong advice is: do not join this website.

I checked the box below this review that I wish TSdates.com to be informed about this review, which would be sent to info [at] tsdates.com, but their server is 'misconfigured' I found out just after posting this message when I myself wrote a message requesting again the refund to be honored. Mail server response: "Your message couldn't be delivered to info [at] tsdates dot com because the remote server is misconfigured. See technical details below for more information. " . Another proof of being a scamming website.

Natuurhuisje neemt niet de verantwoordelijkheid en toont niet een sociaal gezicht in deze tijd van Corona. We zijn verhuurder van een casita/huisje op Mallorca waar we een grote finca bezitten. Via Natuurhuisje hadden we een boeking voor juli/augustus voor een aantal weken. Deze werd geannuleerd ivm Corona en we hebben de volledige aanbetaling - zoals wij die reeds gestort hadden gekregen - terug op de rekening van de huurder. Een paar dagen later ontvingen we een mailtje de huurder met de vraag waarom we niet het volledige bedrag hadden teruggestort. Ik ben erin gedoken en kwam een wirwar van complexe regeltjes tegen mbt annuleren én verband houdend met Corona.
Bottom line voor onze huurder is dat ze een deel van de aanbetaling niet terugkrijgen omdat de boeking niet valt tussen 15 maart en 31 mei. Van de door ons ontvangen aanbetaling van 30% gaat er direct 18% naar ons als verhuurder en Natuurhuisje houdt 12% in depot voor latere uitbetaling aan ons. Deze 12% wordt botweg door Natuurhuisje geconfisqueerd, ingepikt. Dit is ons geld, het wordt alleen 'bewaard' door Natuurhuisje. Zelfs als je boeking wél binnen de genoemde data zou vallen dan krijg je een 10% korting voucher op je volgende boeking. Deze boeking moet dan nog wel dit jaar plaatsvinden. Waardeloos voor velen, want voor de meeste mensen is het heel onzeker of ze en wanneer ze op vakantie kunnen gaan. De gevolgen van Corona beperken zich niet alleen tot de datum dat de restricties eventueel opgeheven worden.
Hiermee laat Natuurhuisje een a-sociaal gezicht zien. Ze willen niet delen in het leed dat iedereen treft door Corona. Ter vergelijk: ze zouden een voorbeeld moeten nemen aan Airbnb: die stort alle kosten terug inclusief service/boekingkosten, maar dat niet alleen. Ze hebben ook een relief fund opgezet van 500 miljoen dollar voor huiseigenaren die financieel in de problemen komen door gederfde inkomsten. Je kunt als verhuurder een claim indienen tot $5,000.
Ik heb geëist van Natuurhuisje dat ze het volledige bedrag terugbetalen aan de verhuurder en ze tot eind deze week de tijd gegeven voor deze passende oplossing. Doen ze dat niet dan ga ik mijn mediacontacten inlichten om dit aan de kaak te stellen. Tevens gaan we ons huisje op Mallorca van hun website halen. We kunnen ons niet verenigen in de handelswijze van Natuurhuisje, ze vertegenwoordigen ons huisje op Mallorca met voorwaarden waar we niet achter staan. Ik zal ook juridisch advies inwinnen om te kijken of ze het in depot bewaarde geld wel zonder meer kunnen confisqueren.
Nog een paar interessante kanttekeningen: Natuurhuisje eet van 2 walletjes, ze brengen servicekosten in rekening van zowel de huurder als de verhuurder. Dat is in strijd met de wet. Natuurhuisje treedt op namens de verhuurder en mag niet ook nog een service fee in rekening brengen bij de huurder. Dus als je geboekt hebt via Natuurhuisje, dan kan je zowiezo eisen dat ze de service fee van €19,95 terugbetalen. Je kunt het ook laten doen via de no cure no pay organisatie DienenVanTweeHeren.nl.
