Very poor service

Ordered on 5th March. Eventually arrived on 15th damaged in transit. Have repeatedly attempted to contact company, email with photos, live chat, phone, and no response at all. Never again!

Very poor customer service

Eventually an order arrived after almost 2weeks. An empty box with some batteries in and some paperwork from something else. Have attempted to phone, email and FB. No response from anyone. Very poor customer service, will be going elsewhere in future.

Sadly not able to fulfil their website promises.

Encouraged to order 2 kitchen appliances by the promise of a next day delivery, paid the premium for the service however so far the expected delivery date has been changed 3 times. The lack of the delivery has had a knock- on effect to the work being undertaken on my new kitchen.
Staff that I have spoken with have been very pleasant however my experiences will not be tempting me to use this company again.
