Avoid

Avoid. Ordered a parcel on 29th Nov. Delivery anticipated by 9th December. Still nothing on 15th December, no delivery updates since departing China on the 8th December. Either their time scales are very very unrealistic or they are using poor logistics service. They are processing a refund hence an additional star but needless to say I won't bother with fruugo again.

No confidence in their support

I opened a premier account and couldn't get the app going as I had incorrectly loaded it onto an older device when I got a credit card. Rang a customer support agent who could do absolutely nothing and told me to go into branch. I totally lost faith and decided not to move banks, promptly cancelled my account. They fell at the first hurdle as customer services gave me no confidence at all.

Steer clear of this company

Steer clear of this company. I have been a subscriber to the enterprise D build since the days of eaglemoss. Fast forward to 2025 and I haven't received a single package since July 2024.

Customer services are a total waste of time and cannot help. I'm pretty much high and dry yet they still offer the model for new subscribers. This issue isn't limited to my model but seemingly many more they offer.

Truly awful company, so much so that I have submitted a report to trading standards.

Poor quality

Easy to order with safe delivery however it's impossible to leave a long term product review. I can only say the karaca red capet dinner set I purchased is by far the worst I've had in my life.

No less than half the plates have shattered in the dishwasher in a year. Contrast this to my previous set from Kath kidson where not a single plate suffered this fate in 12 years, they just faded a bit.

Needless to say I'm annoyed at having to replace a dinner set after just a year but I shan't be using karaca.

Totally untrustworthy,

Totally untrustworthy,

I selected EE as my supplier had delayed the release of 1600MB fibre but cancelled the same week as my supplier launched the super fast package. 1 month later EE is retaining the line despite me telling them on 3 occasions to cancel the order.

Needless to say I will not allow open reach to enter my property nor will I pay the DD. Each time I speak to an agent they lie through their teeth, now I how literally 50min to prevent the takeover from happening.

Absolutely shocking service.

Contestant delays

Missing 4 deliveries now and no sight of the situation improving for the enterprise build. Customer service bots giving the same response. I highly suspect their days are numbered and many fans will be left with uncompleted builds. Send the company is going the way of eagle moss.

Zen are in my opinion the defacto ISP

Zen are in my opinion the defacto ISP. No down time since I started with them, very good equipment with the fritz box especially if you are an advanced user, this box is easily 100Mb faster on average than BT (Ethernet) and the WiFi just works.

Exceptional customer service who will go out of their way to help. The only improvement they could make is a wider offering of hardware choices to include mesh systems with Ethernet back-haul

Significantly over priced

I bought a pair of trainers for my 5 YO in the sale just to try the brand. My expectation was quality should last, how wrong I was. Scuffed, worn and tired looking as fast as cheaper brands.

Absolutely would never pay full price for these, back to sports direct.

Took our money and delivered nothing

Took our money and delivered nothing. I can only assume the positive trip advisor reviews are fake. Look up Google and you'll see they do not deliver. Will be submitting a bank claim.

Edit: we eventually received a refund however take note; they do not hold any tools and act as a third party. I phoned 3 major companies (including the one they tried to order through), the tool I needed was over 150 miles away and there was no way they could deliver against their promises.

Take my advice and go direct to a reputable hire company, it'll be cheaper. If you cannot source your tool direct nether can they.

Exceptionally poor design

Exceptionally poor design, not water proof in anyway and failed after being splashed. Not economical to replace PCB and controller. When inspecting the internals I could not believe to total lack of sealing in this system. PCB tracks corroded, water in main unit, controller had water ingress. These systems are not fit for purpose.

Awful reply over a year later - it was a gift from my parents. Mspa is Mspa regardless of country.

Very reliable ISP with good routers…

Very reliable ISP with good routers (fritzbox). My line speeds are much faster than that of BT by at least +100Mb down, consistent 800+ on cabled CAT6 Vs flaky 600-750 max with BT. Also has the ability to change DNS out of the box together with many more super user settings than the BT "super hub". Definitely would be 5* but technical support call waiting times are glacial, however when you finally get through they are very helpful and treat you like a human being (unlike BT).

Very poor service

Products seem okay but customer service turnaround is glacial. I placed my order on 8th April, as of 23rd April I am still outstanding part of my order with no detail as the when it will be delivered.

Edit : On placing my order at no point was it made clear any of my items were a pre-order but I've already paid. Moreover I returned an item 3 weeks ago with no sign of a refund.

As an online company Dusk really falls short and I cannot recommend. Save a bit more and go to the white company

Verified not a scam, just a small business

Ordered 6 bottles of wine and all arrived in good time although it did take 3 days to process the order. Others seem to think this is a scam site but it is not. I believe Vine whisperer is online only and likely source wines.

From the comms I received it's clear they are a small business (standard woo commerce responses) and built a website from a standard template without updating their social media or contact information, googling the phone number brought up many legitimate sites using the same template.

Improvement is needed as it's a bit of a black hole when ordering but I did get what I ordered. I would suggest adding links to a social media page, updating contact info, adding a feedback section to the website, more human responses to customers and improving the "about" section (don't appear bigger than you actually are).

Customer services and business processes are abysmal and a direct risk to shareholders

I know Vodafone have gone downhill in recent years but my most recent experience is akin to the worst days of talk talk. Customer service is terrible. They lie, do not know their own processes, systems or customer needs. Further if you go via Uswitch with an offer then forget it. Nearly one month, over 10 order cancellations (their fault), multiple phone calls, broken promises , rinse repeat I still have no connection with Vodafone. I'm now going to take the contract hit and simply stick with BT.

Awful customer service

Awful customer service. Rather than responding to customers with queries who pre-order in good faith they just flat out cancel. In my case I simply requested a delivery estimate/ update so I could budget for the final payment. Curibo do not respect your custom so don't give them it.
