LINKED WITH EXPEDIA BOOKINGS AVOID AT ALL COSTS
These are linked with EXPEDIA. Both companies are equally terrible. If you have a problem with a booking you are referred to them. They then say you have to call America to speak to customer service….they don’t have an email. What company doesn’t have a customer service service email…a crap one. That is absolutely awful. So you give up and they get your money or anything linked with them. Please avoid at all costs.

AVOID BOOKING WITH EXPEDIA AT ALL COSTS
This is a terrible company just stay well clear of them. I’ve had such an awful experience with them.
What ever you do don’t ever book anything through them.
I see so many people have had terrible experiences with them. I wish I had looked on trust pilot before I booked. I usually always check but didn’t this time.

FO NOT USE THIS COMPANY..AWFUL
I would give no stars if I could.
I booked a break through Expedia and took this insurance cover on the trip.
The booking was cancelled the next day by the owner as it was already booked. No money was taken by Expedia but I am still being charged by XCover.
I have contacted them as it says you can cancel up to the 22nd September. They eventually come back saying I have to go through Expedia. Well what a joke it’s all AI assistant which is useless.
Whatever you do don’t use this insurance. It’s terrible rubbish service, passing the buck so I can’t get a refund.
Get your own insurance somewhere else.
If anyone has any idea how to get a refund I would be very grateful for any advice.

Our skip turned up really early which I asked for(6.30am). The driver rang to confirm and asked where we wanted it put. Very polite and helpful.
It was great. Just got to get it picked up now.
