Support lacking

Too many multiple accounts and people doing thousands of dollar jobs for $5 to avoid Airtasker fees.
Complained with proof and people still active.
Names no longer a priority to validate as they only care about government tax
The app itself is useless and they keep adding things we don’t need.
Can’t report a persons bid on a task already done or flag the task.
Can’t reply to a comment or question if someone else has.
The moderation mainly is a problem with people doing illegal alcohol and no see pink slips etc .

Support is too slow

Support is too slow, action not done for people asking cash and also biding and doing $5 bids for a $2000 job interstate. Validation of accounts not pushed even for people with thousands of jobs done (not sure if payment is legal) Many scammers on daily and takes a full day or more to suspend accounts after they scam the poster and scare the poster away so we lose the job and also return customers.
If using a private offer the fee is 1.9 % but if we need to increase the price as more work, it goes up to normal rate of 20% plus

You took away the star rating in…

You took away the star rating in reviews
You took away reviews in completed tasks and they show up as ….. (dots)
You allow scammer and multiple accounts on for years and runners with over 2000 tasks still don’t verify account.
You allow a positive 5 star review on cancelled tasks .
You don’t have a quick support area since moving it from Melbourne and no numbers to call.

Needs work

I'd like to see the description for jobs first when opened and also suburbs highlighted (from -to)
Also like to grey out jobs I'm not interested in or seen and star some I can go back quickly without having to respond in a message while I look.
