I manage a 3-unit property I have owned for over 20 years and have had occasional
"hick-ups". Sewer repairs, a water main break, several fence replacements, a new walk-way, roof repairs and replacements, etc.

So, I recently needed some money to cover a couple of these hick-ups. Rocket came to the rescue with an efficient on line approach to qualifying for a loan, on-line document submission, and a really helpful and cordial person to work with to get the details right.

Their process works well and the folks have always been so helpful and cordial over the many financial transactions I've had with Rocket over the years

I ordered "Electronic and Radio Engineering" by Frederick Terman and received "Electric Machinery" by Fitzgerald and Kingsley instead. I'll go ahead and keep the "Electric Machinery" book since I don't have one like it in my personal library, and it seems to be a good addition in "good" condition and I can use it.

I continue look for the Terman book at a "good" price in "good" condition.

I think the problem may because both books are in the "McGraw-Hill Electrical and Electronic Engineering Series" (prominently displayed on the face of the book) and the actual title of the book in the series is less prominently displayed on the spine of the book. It may be miscategorized.

Jonel called me within minutes of my requesting an estimate about selling my damaged 2005 Highlander. He was able to negotiate an acceptable offer for the car that was close to amount I might be able to get from the state of California Vehicle Retirement plan.

Jonel arranged to have the car picked up within a day. The tow truck driver called when he arrived and had a check in hand. He hooked the car upquickly and the car was gone - all in less than 30 minutes
