I actually love the products but it didn’t last very long maybe 7/8 washes and then the bar just crumbled and I was trying to remould and squish it together again . Expensive tho for a bar of soap.

Still waiting on product arriving , excited to use , double payment was made and emailed the contact info and no response from the company. Would be nice if they actually responded, but still intrigued about the product wether it was a waste of money or something I’ll enjoy

Shell Broadband horrendos don’t bother . No service after resetting router . Unreliable speeds, changeover was easy and now it’s just a constant stress and headache of having no connection when it’s the only option to be connected in the home as the mobile signal relies on WiFi due to location of property. AVOID!

Every time I try and use card it’s blocked ,
I pay early , I pay things off in time . I was told I entered the wrong CVC number but the card is already automatically saved in my Apple Wallet ready to use , there is no reason to enter the CVC .
Why is it so difficult to use your app and services , your agent I felt was just copy and pasting answers to the reply , they in no way felt personal and actually felt like I was doing something wrong .But the zilch card is stored through Apple Pay so no reason to be blocked?
I am still the only one of my friends that has this app that continues to have trouble using it. Please can you resolve the issues or the block or just provide some more information that’s accurate.
It’s very frustrating.

Over complicated things don’t make any sense when you have the ability to earn rewards one day and then nothing the next , waiting in line 58+ to speak to someone that doesn’t resolve your issues , was highly recommended the app and facilities and constantly feel let down by how overcomplicated it is to use with no answers, and reward benefits taken away with no explanation . Tried to pay in full several times and doesn’t take payment from my added card.

Ordered through retailer that uses Hermes to deliver . As thieves operate locally in my area I always send parcels to click and collect or a parcel pick up point shop so I do not risk it being left by a driver where anyone can take it.
Sadly been burned already so no choice but to try and utilise collect in person options.
It’s been 2 weeks since dispatched to the warehouse - and as a parcel sortation officer for another v large distributor I can assure you on our site parcels we track and locate every parcel on our site every bag opened and searched til it’s found. It’s scanned every step of the way .
Item would have been in a box so not something easily misplaced like socks .
Virtual assistant tells me the same info as the app, the phone line tells me the same info as the app and promptly cuts you off. Twitter gets no response - it’s just an endless cycle of frustration of not being able to
Speak to anyone or have any answers.
The retailer can’t get a hold of Hermes and won’t take action until Hermes respond to them.
So right now the only conclusion I am left is , they don’t care, and most likely someone at their depot has stolen my parcel .
I do not recommend their services .
