Super fradulent, unfair, and anti-customer company. GoMore says our parking job received a ticket, however (1) the address on the ticket is not where we left the car, (2) the date was not the same date, and (3) when we picked up the car, the owner himself told us where to find and park the car. GoMore either cannot or refuses to provide proof that it was our parking job that received the ticket, and instead have sent us an invoice that will go to collections if we don’t pay. Neither will they will not emails about the scenario To add salt to the wound, they added a ridiculous “administration fee” to the bill that they also won’t wipe. Feels just so fradulent and scammy, and they are refusing to compromise or even meet me halfway.

Fruugo is so shady. I ordered a piece that connects my sink to my shower on August 21. It said it would ship from a company called Tribal Sensation based in Switzerland, and that the item would be delivered on September 9. I got an email confirmation, the item shipped quickly, and a tracking number on AfterShip. However, on AfterShip, it said the item was shipped - from China. ?? At no point in this process did anything on the website say the item was shipping from China, and they made it to appear as if it were shipping from within the Schengen area. On August 27th, the item was "handed over to the airline" and I have not received an update since. It's been 3 weeks with no information or updates. To make it worse, Fruugo hides their support email address, and when you go on their help center, it puts you in contact with the seller - in my case the company "based" in Switzerland.

Review of Cph Classic
I'd been looking for a decently-priced secondhand Eames chair for quite some time, and CPH Classic was the only site that had one in my price range. They also delivered it to me for free (even brought it inside!), responded to my emails and calls in a timely fashion, and were otherwise pleasant to interact with. The chair is of course secondhand, but is in great condition. There's some wear, but they described this already on the site. My one complaint is that I would like to know more about the history of this specific chair on their site, but it's possible they don't have this information. And I wish you could drop in to the showroom without an appointment. Either way, I would definitely shop here again.

Wow, this company is literally garbage - both their website and customer service. I am never booking with them again. Take your business elsewhere.
Here's what happened: I used Momondo to find a cheap flight from Copenhagen to Dusseldorf a month out. I selected an 18:30 flight from Momondo, and was redirected to TravelLink's website. On the first page of TravelLink, it said the flight was at 18:30. HOWEVER on the second page, the flight time mysteriously changed to 7:00 without a notification saying "hey your flight time has changed." There was no messaging surrounding the change, it was clearly a system error.
I didn't notice the change until I booked my flight, and by then it was too late. I figured I'd call them real quick and see what the deal is, as there is no way to cancel your flight online.
I waited 20 minutes on hold and got hung up on. Like the phone picked up, and then hung up a second later. Annoyed, but maybe someone had made a mistake. I called again and waited on hold. Finally I got through to a woman named Ellinor, who said that she would have her tech team look at it and would call me back that day. I knew they weren't going to call me back, and I said that, but she swore up and down that they'd call me back before 17.00. ALSO she said that the only other option is to cancel the flight, but it would be a 100dkk fee charged to me. I protested since it's not my fault, the system messed up my flight time.
Sure enough 17.00 rolls around and -surprise- they didn't call back . Instead Ellinor sent me an email asking for screenshots, which I provided as soon as I saw the email. This was last Thursday. I didn't hear back Friday or over the weekend.
I messaged them through Facebook and they didn't reply there either.
So now it is Monday and I still haven't heard. I've sent 3 emails between Friday and today. I called back, and after 40 minutes on hold (FORTY MINUTES) they hung up on me AGAIN. So now I am stuck with these flight tickets that absolutely do not work for me, and the flight time I want is probably booked up.
Seriously, save your money. Do NOT book through TravelLink.dk. This is such a scam, they've just taken my money and don't care.

UPDATE: after being on hold for ANOTHER 30 min, I just got off the phone with Kamilla, who says that they (1) won't refund me and (2) won't change my flight to the proper one. "I'm sorry but there's nothing I can do for you." She also patronizingly told me "I understand how confusing our website can be." Um, I'm sorry? There's nothing confusing about it. I chose one flight time, and somewhere between when I selected it and when I checked out, the system changed the flight to a different time.
It's not that Travellink CAN'T help me, it's that they WON'T help me.
UPDATE 2: My incorrect flight, which had been "passed to the technical team to determine if the website had an error or not" FINALLY got refunded. It only took them 11 days to realize their site had an error after all. They promised to refund me the money, and they cancelled my ticket. Unfortunately now flights are 400dkk more expensive than before (and the ideal flight is sold out), so I'm cancelling my plans. Lesson learned - save yourself a headache and never book with Travellink.
