BEAWARE SCAMMERS

I did a free trial with this company, they charged my bank card, then refunded the same amount on the same day, on Stripe, However they then tried to take £719.86 from my account despite me informing them and they confirming my cancellation, then threating me that not paying will affect my credit rating and legal action, which is total Crap, I think THEY ARE REAL SCAMMERS BEAWARE DO NOT USE THEM.

Overcharged SCAMMERS

Be aware, do not use these cowboys; they quote you one price, then overcharge you. The part they used for my repair is between £ 11-£15 , they charged me £ 45, rip off as well as a second charge of £30 for the second visit. I have used them before on a few occasions, NEVER AGAIN.

Still NO Refund Scammers

Dear Sir/ Madam
Can you please refund my £12.49 paid to you for a task that your tasker did not bother to do or reply back to me despite many attempts to make contact with him.
Your company then cancelled the task, so please refund my £12.49 that I paid, you are saying it was refunded on the 20the Nov, it is now the 11th Of Dec not a penny back.
Please refund back ASAP.

Airtasker allocate jobs, then the tasker does not respond, despite me paying to get the job done at the agreed price, Airtasker have charged me £2.49 and Airtasker should refund me the full amount £12.49 not just £10.00

No real customer service

No real customer service, The sold me a fake cheap Chinese Phone Welcome Brand, saying it was

S24 Ultra Smartphone – 6.53-inch HD Display, Quad-Core Processor, Dual SIM, 8MP Camera, 2400mAh Battery – Mobile Phone (Unlocked, 16GB Storage)

Being a S24 one would have thought it was a Samsung. They now want me to post the phone back to China, when it was shipped to me from the UK, which will cost me more and again no guarantee I will get my postgae back, also have to wait for 15 days after sent back to china, and then they will refund.

Terrible company to deal with seeling cheap crap.

Never again, Wowcher should just refund my purchase price paid with delivery charges and send me a prepaid postage label to send phone nback to the UK address, and not a china address.

Terrible service never follow up

Terrible service never follow up, have to chase us to move issue resolved.

I bought a phone a month ago, the payment was taken, supposed to have it delivered by 11th September, I had to chase and chase before it got delivered, only to find it's faulty, cheap phone made in china.

I have had nothing but problems with my brand New work Laptop from Lenovo, It was bought in Feb 25, and has never been right, this the second time I have to send it back for repair in 3 weeks, that is terrible service i would never buy this brand again and beware as you will have terrible service.
