My 10 year old and toddler go swimming

My 10 year old and toddler go swimming. It’s been nearly two years and I enjoy our weekly visits to the centre.

I am happy I followed my intuition. Will be ordering again

I have been seeing boxes of yellow sweet plantains online for competitive prices. I decided to look for a seller. I found afropride.co.uk after a quick google search. It seemed a bit too good to be true so I investigated the website and did the usual checks. The reviews on Trustpilot were not reassuring but I decided to give it a go.

Delivered: Wednesday
I am happy I followed my intuition. Will be ordering again

I was looking for curtains hooks and…

I was looking for curtains hooks and found this company on Google. The site is easy to navigate; purchasing was made easy. Delivery was quick as well.

I have feedback regarding the packaging though. It would be ideal to have the items packed in their own box or bags. When they are all put in the envelope, removing them all is difficult, you must be very careful when you open to make sure they don’t fall. It’s when I counted them and there were 3 hooks missing, I realised they stayed at the bottom of the bubble wrap inside the envelope.

Because of the quality of the items and the experience itself, I will give 5 stars.

Incompetent, Intrusive & Unprofessional – Avoid at All Costs

This has been the worst referencing experience I’ve ever encountered.

Despite my current landlord and employer providing references promptly on Monday, this company has failed to give any meaningful update or progress on my application. Even worse, they repeatedly contacted my employer, demanding unnecessary and intrusive details regarding my maternity leave; something that is entirely irrelevant and completely out of order.

Their conduct has been so overzealous and disorganised that I genuinely began to question their legitimacy. After looking them up, I was unsurprised to find alarming reviews that mirrored my experience.

I’m appalled that such an incompetent and unprofessional company is trusted to handle something as important as tenant vetting. Looking for accommodation as a family with young children is already stressful enough and referencing should not feel like punishment.

I fully intend to report them to Trading Standards, the Property Ombudsman, and the appropriate regulatory body (FCA or FCO) to leave a formal trail.

Seeing people’s experiences here, I urge others to do the same and leave honest reviews, so steps can be taken to address the serious flaws in how this company operates.

Evri has received my parcel since June…

Evri has received my parcel since June 28th and they have held it since. I have received no update. I opened a ticket but I can’t speak to a human when trying to reach customer service. My event is this weekend and I don’t know what is happening with my items.
After delivering one of my parcels to the wrong address two weeks ago, now they are holding on to one of my parcels. Dealing with this company is so stressful and frustrating

My parcel was left outside my building

My parcel was left outside my building. I usually parked in the car park at the back of my house and very rarely use the front entrance. Yesterday someone blocked my car park entrance therefore I was forced to use the front entrance. I was so shocked to see my parcel sitting outside. The driver could have rang one of the flats to at least have access to the building and leave it inside. It’s a small residential building with only 8 flats. Someone would have opened the door for this courrier but they just chose to leave the parcel outside where anyone could have seen and taken it. It’s very disturbing!

The best since 2017 !!!!

The best since 2017 !!!!
I have been using Reglaze since 2017 and never had any issues. The only time I had an inquiry, I was attended to accordingly. I have always been satisfied with the quality of service I have been receiving since 2017.
However, what’s making me leave this review today is; They have a whole new level of 100% Customer Satisfaction and I am in awe.
I just received my glasses from my new prescription after 4 working days ! They have been thinned to perfection !!!
My optician quoted me £185 with my own frame including thinning of the lenses. I paid less than half the price with Reglaze !
They have never failed to impress me but this is phenomenal ! I am super grateful that I can own multiple pairs of glasses without breaking the bank thanks to this company

They always leave the parcels at the front of the building. This time my parcel has been delivered to someone’s flat and I can’t find the building or the door matching the delivery picture.
I don’t know how and why this company is still being used by businesses.

I had 2 prescriptions sent and both took a long time to be delivered. I literally had time to recover before the first one got to me. And when the second medication arrived, one pessary was missing. No notification, no explanation! Won’t be using this online pharmacy anymore.

I am sorry your order was not complete as you had expected. Our service is best suited to handle repeat prescriptions, rather than “acute” or emergency prescriptions (like antibiotics or similar) which you should start taking or using immediately. When we receive a prescription from your surgery, it will usually take around 2-3 working days for the medication to be dispatched. Therefore, if your doctor prescribes a medicine for you that you need straight away, we would always recommend that you have this dispensed by a local pharmacy of your choice.

You can tell your doctor that you want to have a paper prescription, rather than an electronic prescription, for the medicine. You can then take this to any local pharmacy and have it dispensed straight away. Even though the NHS is moving towards electronic prescriptions, doctors can still print paper prescriptions.

With regards to the missing pessary, we did contact your surgery regarding this as the medication is only issued in special containers, so we were unable to dispense x7 pessaries, only x6, your GP confirmed they were happy for us to do this.

No one is worried TNT is selling our passports on some sort of black market ? The passports go missing for days and days while their phone line gets disconnected after an hour or so of waiting. In the meantime, HMPO does not do anything. Scammers are having the time of their lives

Where is my passport ?

My passport has been marked delivered with someone holding on - Signee name XSD

No sign of my passport. Of course there is no way of reaching out to TNT. How can the government use such an unprofessional delivery company?

I am feeling sick to my stomach thinking someone has access to my personal information and my full address. Shame on the HOME OFFICE
