I'm sorry that you feel £18.99 is overpriced for a Kingsize Bedding Set. We are always looking at our prices and do feel this is very good value for money.
You paid £2.95 for shipping, which again we would not consider 'high'. In fact, for all orders over £20, shipping is free.
We are also sorry that you feel the quality is poor as the item you bought has favourable reviews.

My order arrived late and incorrect

My order arrived late, after I had chased it up, and it was incorrect. I placed the correct order but your company sent out the wrong left lens. Although your consultant who I chatted with online was able to order me a new pack and also credited me for my next left lens pack, I have to wait another three weeks for the lenses to arrive and I have one right lens which I opened before realising the left lens was the wrong lens, sitting in solution which I can’t wear for two more weeks !

I'm sorry that the Proclear Multifocal Toric take so long to arrive and that you received the incorrect powers. This is the only lens that we have available which combines both the Multifocal and Toric together which is why we've been unable to offer you an alternative in the meantime.
