I stopped using them because the…

I stopped using them because the customer service was terrible - rude and inefficient. But I placed another order after a year and everything came as ordered and we'll packed. Basically, great products but if something goes wrong they don't seem able to be polite or efficient about it. They promised to send me our a missing spray bottle and never did.

Good products bad customer service

Good products. Terrible customer service. I was sent something other than what was in the product description on the site, and when I contacted them the customer service representative didn't read my message properly and was quite rude. They said they'd send a replacement and never did.

Broken product, cumbersome return procedure

One of the products is great, but the recycled wood bench was not only broken but badly made. I tried to return it but after 30 minutes I gave up because I was too busy at work. The return procedure is extremely long winded, involving a lot of very specific pictures. You also have to pay for postage. In my case, the product is heavy and it is unusable as the leg is broken. In the end, I missed the two week deadline for returns and refund. Very disappointed.

Lovely quality

Lovely quality - soft and wears well. The sizing is a little off for Europe though - can safely go 6 months younger when ordering anything for an average European child. Maybe it would be better to list the size in cm?

The driver was very nice and thec ar was clean.
However, he was 40 minutes late. The administrator lied, saying that the driver was there, then claimed that I had booked a different location (I checked; I hadn't). It was a differnet driver to the one originally intended.
