The first person was slow to respond, and I wasn't sure he was even looking at my summary of a complex situation. I told him my background (BS in Accounting, CMA, CFM, MBA, 37 years as a Controller, DIrector of POAyroll/Tax for Universities) so he would understand that I wasn't without knowledge about the topic. Barbara did what I hoped. SHe clearly read through my information of the situation and told me exactly what I needed to do when I filed my return.
