I had a query about cover for activities, and when I called, someone answered straight away. They were able to answer my question, were honest, and advised me that my activity (cycling with an e-bike) would not be covered - they didn't try to lead me astray or fob me off.

I tried to book accommodation for our holiday, but after entering my payment details, the booking got stuck as pending due to a technical issue between Vrbo and FeWoDirekt (both part of the same company). I tried to contact Vrbo but the bot wouldn’t help as I didn’t have a confirmed booking - completely useless. Eventually found a phone number to speak to customer service, but the call quality (clearly a poor quality VoIP call) was awful and after spending 15 minutes keep repeating myself and phonetically spelling things the call just went silent. I will now have to contact my bank to try and get the payment reversed.

We've had our EDDIv2 unit in and working flawlessly for over 2 years now. It was fairly easy to set up in the first place and has worked well, doing its thing when the sun shines and when manually scheduled with no issues - until this week. I contacted the support team at myenergi who were really responsive and helpful, meaning the issue was resolved within 24 hours.

Delivery was on time. The package was fragile and was in good condition. The driver was friendly and helpful, putting the heavy package inside the hallway of our house, so that I didn't have to lift it.

The crossing is efficient and smooth. The facilities at the terminal building were good and the toilets were clean. Our crossing train was actually cancelled, but we were able to board the train ahead of the one we had booked.

Easy to use and great value when we travel abroad and make payments to our overseas contacts.

The delivery driver was excellent, polite and handed me the 3 heavy (25kg) boxes so that I didn't have to bend down and pick them up from the floor.

Our system was installed 6 weeks ago and still does not work due to a faulty component. They installed the system without first gaining DNO approval (system is over 3.68kW) and won’t reveal the DNO response until we make final payment, which we won’t because the system is still faulty.

After much research, including getting some really great advice and feedback on their forums, I took the plunge and ordered a very high-spec desktop PC from PC Specialist.

The website and emails kept me up-to-date with the progress of my order. Once my order went into pre-production, I called PC Specialist and asked for a specific layout of the case and CPU cooler which they happily fed into the build process.

The PC arrived in good time, very well packaged and delivered by a premium courier service.

I'm very pleased with the PC and the build quality. I would definitely use PC Specialist again.

Good price and fairly easy to deal with; only minor issue is we asked for a phone call before the delivery but didn't get one, so it was lucky we were in as the tank is in a secure area.
