Slow answers to emails sent to customer service, and replies look to be AI generated.
Chat function not responding.
NIO has my money. I don't have the cocktails. Order placed weeks ago - utterly ridiculous.

ParkVia were great at correcting a duplicate booking, and replied very early the following morning and put the issue straight. Although you can't talk to a real person, the team at the end of the email were quick and clear. I am really grateful because so many companies aren't nearly as helpful, or so fast to respond.

Review of Convey Law
We are having an absolutely shocking time. I can only think that the positive reviews have been paid for or those customers were particularly lucky with their allocated solicitor. We don’t get replies to emails. The direct number to our conveyancer is never answered, and calls are only ever returned if you get a supervisor involved, although they too are really difficult to contact. The main office number rings out whichever option you select. We aren’t in a complicated process, but the service has been shockingly bad. We are really sorry that we chose this company. The service is about as far from personalised as you can get.

Review of Kwik Fit
We used Stroud Kwik Fit a couple of weeks ago for what we thought was a brake problem on our son's car - as it was, it was the tyres. Ken was smashing. Talked the 18yo through car care and importance of tyres, and what/why the work was needed. The cost was incredibly reasonable. Everyone there was just really nice. Won't hesitate to use again.

Truly, I wish that I had bought these years ago. Absolutely fantastic. Sizing was perfect and the explanation on the box as to why they initially felt tight was very reassuring (and also totally accurate).

There was a mistake in the spelling of a surname on a ticket we had booked. I couldn't reach the airline, so went through Opodo. Vinay was excellent, and helped us sort the problem out. I am really grateful - a huge thank you to Vinay!
