Delays, delays and delays

Made two separate order for 3 items. Both orders are currently delayed. One of the orders has already passed the promised shipment date, with no new updates, and the other is delayed 4 months!!!! Initially the confirmation said 3-5 weeks.

I second an other review stating that they take too many orders for them to handle. Email support takes min. 1 week.

Starting to wonder if I will ever get my items. "on stock" cannot be trusted and do expect significant delays on made-to-order items.

Double charged credit card - No response

I booked a flight through your website almost a month ago. You double charged my credit card and I've been emailing you, calling you, sending documentation for the double charge, but I HEAR NOTHING FROM YOU!

Jul 9 - Booking was completed on trip.ua (Sister site to mytrip)
Jul 9 - First email sent to flights (at) trip.ua
Jul 9 - First call to UA customer service who did not answer the phone
Jul 9 - I called US customer service who could do nothing than poke Finance
Jul 9 - I sent documentation from my bank regarding the double charge
Jul 10 - Followed up via email. No response
Jul 13 - Followed up via email. No response
Jul 16 - Followed up via email. No response
Jul 26 - Followed up via email. No response
Aug 1 - Followed up via email. No response
Aug 1 - Added a comment to a FB post - No response
Aug 1 - Wrote a direct FB message - No response
Aug 1 - Added this Trustpilot review - Response? Let's see
+ Several calls to your customer service


UPDATE Aug 2 - COME ON GUYS - Try and be the good guys for a change instead of accumulating all these horrible reviews. I've shared all requested documentation. How hard can it be to check your account receivables. You asked for my email, which I shared, but I hear nothing from you. Let's get started solving this instead of postponing.
