Screen out by all surveys

Recommend by roommate, Screen out by every single survey after the first week, cannot even get to the real form, first question was like pick yellow from the list, and then screen out immediately after I did so. Cannot redeem my points either due to technical errors”. No reply from support team.

Please note that we don't create the surveys and we don't decide who gets to participate or gets screened out. This is solely dependent on the requirements set by the supplier. Unfortunately, we don't have visibility into each survey's exact requirements. These dynamics are continually changing. The survey providers determine the allocation of points, durations, awards, and the screening process, and are beyond our control.

Being screened out simply means you didn't match the survey's target criteria. Unfortunately, we don't know what specific insights the survey seeks. Please don't give up. When you complete more surveys, our system will match your profile with better surveys to complete! We appreciate your patience and understanding.

The item is still not yet arrive

The item is still not yet arrive, it's been 7 days, and on the web it said it take 3-5 days?? And no tracking number or what soever, only state the item dispatched, and done, move the order to complete order, I mean it shouldn't be there when the item still on its way! And lastly, learn from amazon, the order history page is terribly designed and have a really poor navigating map. Very bad experience over all! Please help me find my parcel!

I'm sorry to hear that you have still not received the item from your order.

The item was dispatched on 10th October and once dispatched delivery usually takes 3 to 5 working days but we ​request customers to allow up to 14 days for delivery.

Please be advised that only items valued at more than £150 or orders containing items with lithium batteries are sent via tracked delivery and hence we would be unable to provide a tracking number for this.
