I have been using Sintra AI for more than a year now - I got it when it first came out. There were some teething issues which were promptly sorted out. I actually cancelled my subscription after a year but just after 1 month, I re-paid for it as I couldn't find anything else like the social media scheduler - it's really quick and easy and I didn't realise how good until I stopped using it! The other bots give every good ideas on how to develop a business as well.
Closed my business account and withholding £15,000.00 of my money. I had 2 clients transfer money into my business account, I also tried to pay a supplier the same day but Monzo blocked my account.
I contacted them and the next thing, I am logged out of the app and I have emails saying they have closed my accounts, business and personal. They won't tell me why even though this is a legal requirement and they want 2-4 weeks to transfer my money.
I told them I was not waiting that long for my hard earned money as I had a business to run and they should expect payments coming in and out of the account but they didn't listen.
A week later of no sign of my money, I sent them a letter before claim and emailed it to them. I got a reply to the email saying they can't locate my account and my money! THANK GOD I have a screenshot of the app and a bank statement which I managed to download before losing access. 4 days later and they still haven't replied saying they found my account.
I have been online and they have done this to other people, another person had to take Monzo to court for fraud and they WON.
I really hoped it I wouldn't have to go to court, but you have STOLEN my money and ruined my business. I won't rest until I get my £15,000.
EDIT: After contacting the complaints team, they went through security and everything. They received my letter of claim and 5 days later, they have blocked my email address - business and personal and also blocked my phone number. Will be going to court after all.

Overall, I had a good experience working with Sven, who represented The Free Website Guys team.
On the positive side, Sven was very friendly and easy to communicate with and made sure to explain everything.
They sent frequent updates to keep me in the loop, even when I did not require it. I had to delay the process due to personal reasons and they still continued with the website for me and had no issues with me delaying it so much.
On the negative, they promise to build a "professional-looking website," but they only set up a WordPress website based on a pre-built theme you choose. The company only helped me get going with my website, not design it. You have to edit the content of the website yourself. I thought I could provide them the content and they would edit it into the website but no.
I then decided to give up with the free website guys and used my Wordpress admin to change the template of the website and edit the content. I changed the password as my computer randomly locked me out and then very shortly after, the whole website was down! I could not access it, it just won't load from any browser. I have tried all Safari, Chrome, Firefox, etc.
So just because I changed the password they closed my whole site down and I can't access or edit anything!

In terms of getting access to your website, which seems to be causing you issues, Sven has emailed you several times over the past few weeks to try to help you access your WordPress account — but we’ve never heard back from you about this. Did you see his emails?
To clarify, we definitely didn’t close your site. We’ve never done that for someone — and never would. From your emails to us, it looks like you just changed the password and are now locked out for some reason. Happy to help you with this. Just respond to one of Sven’s emails and he can show you how to reset your password!
Also, regarding content for your website, we do help people load their content in when they request it. I think there may have been a misunderstanding here. Just let Sven know you’d like to have some help with this and we’re happy to assist.
I ordered 3 rings from this website, a DAD one for my husband and an initial charm ring and a flower ladies ring. I was really really excited to receive the items as they represented our passed away daughter. I received them very quickly (was told 3-4 weeks, but only 2), the items are very strong and look really nice. I am so so happy withy my rings that I decided to leave a review. I then read all the 1 start reviews and I honestly can't believe it, because the products I have are excellent.

If I could give zero stars I would. I placed an order 10/10/2021 and paid next day delivery. It should have taken to 13/10/2021 maximum. It’s 16th today and I still haven’t received my order. I have contacted customer service several times but get an automated response that then closes my case. Terrible service

Update. They have as a ‘offer of gestwill’ met me halfway from the price I was offered and today’s price on the phone. BUT they also didn’t take any of the Xmas and bank holidays and new year days when the post offices were closed. So they didn’t care that the post offices weren’t open. It’s still 14 days. We don’t care that the post office is closed you still have to send the item! What craziness
Absolutely disgusting customer service! The 14 days isn’t actually 14 days I’m afraid. I posted my phone on day 13 for reasons of my control I sent it special delivery guaranteed by 1pm. So they would have received it within their 14 days. They are saying they cannot offer the original price because cuse a it’s been longer that 14 days. Now Royal Mail has accepted it’s their mistake why the phone was delivered late. I showed meelie my potsage proof etc and they still are not honouring the 14 days from their end! They customer service has been awful. They just keep sending me the same generic message back. It’s more than 14 days we cannot process....

As stated on our website, if a device is not received within the 14 day period, we may have to amend our offer, therefore we recommend that customers send their devices as soon as possible so that they don't miss our on their initial quote.
Unfortunately, as your device was sent on day 13, we didn't receive it in time before the quote expired and our price had changed. As a gesture of goodwill, we offered above our current published price.

Initially I was assigned a csr who wouldn’t call me back or update me on my order but after expressing my concerns another csr took over and he was fantastic. He kept me updated throughout, called me back when I needed to speak to him and was very patient with my circumstances (I had 2 address changes during the process). Also, Buyacar has the most competitive prices, after searching all other companies and comparing, Buyacar offers the best price and they have a very good selection of vehicles. Delivery was also excellent.
