Review of The Beard Struggle

Beard Not Struggling, Customer Service Is A Struggle!

I ordered a combination kit which includes beard balm, night elixir, day elixir, straightener etc. Half of my items where missing, when I contacted support I just get hardly any answers or repeated emails asking for the same thing 'Please take a photo of the items you did receive'

When I reply, I get no response.

Called their support line, two days running and the line goes dead.

If I didn't like these items, how would I get a refund in 90 days if everyone seems to be on holiday?

Products are nice, my beard might not be struggling but the customer service with Beard Struggle definitely is.

Quite disappointed, I thought I finally found a good beard company.

Goodbye H2O :( - Rachel good, Jon bad

Rachel was the best thing that ever happened to H2O Aquatics. She was caring, professional and a pleasure to speak to. I enjoyed our chats and would have happily purchased items when dealing with her.

Unfortunately Jon, her partner and I believe business owner is a rude individual, I never enjoyed speaking to him and wouldn’t want to willingly give him a penny.

I ordered flowers two weeks in advanced for my terminally ill mothers birthday to be received on the day. I contacted them that morning for reassurance due to their reputation on not knowing how to deliver flowers on a set day, I was reassured that the flowers are out for delivery and would arrive that day - they didn't. I did however received them the following day after her birthday.

I did order the flowers using standard delivery so I do take partial responsibility for not getting tracked, however two weeks in advanced you would think they would ship them for the day to avoid delays on delivery date.

I would give them one star due to the communication, they haven't been absent apart from their fake queue that pretends your position 4 in the queue and will take 12 minutes... 2 hours later your at 14 minutes.

Would I order from them again? No
Would I recommend them? No
Are the flowers nice? Yes

Should I have ordered better delivery? Yes..

Would it have made a difference to them delivering on the day? No..
