I really believe this company is…scamming for more expensive flights.

I really believe this company is working a scam or getting people to commit to a flight booking at a super low price, go through booking form and accepts credit card for payment. Only to be called saying that the flight you had paid for is not confirmed and to confirm the flight you need to pay extra amount of dollars. I have the proof of this and believe it infringes on peoples privacy. for someone not as aware of this would probably not know the better. but i did my homework knowing that the carrier of this flight (AC) shows more expense. This is completely irregular and to say trust pilot recommends this outfit should be ashamed and not following up with them and ensuring more accurate and truthful quoting. i am utterly disgusted.

My parcel has still.not reached Spain from the uk from which it left 5 days ago. Not good.

You state on your website the…Still waitiing for refund to original form of payment - nearly one year later

You state on your website the following:
"Better Business Bureau rating. A+"

if this is the case how come i am still waiting for my refund to original form of payment.
i was advised by TAP that they had refunded the monies to the travel agent, that being expedia.ca.
i have since called Expedia in April 2021 and spoke to a guy called Jason who advised me that the funds are in process of refund.  He gave me an invoice number 0560791 with a transaction ID # TP 3736845722 for the refund of $618.62.  I have still not received my funds.
I booked this with expedia back in October 2020 it is approaching a year and i still have not received my money back to original form of payment.  I check my expedia account under coupons and credits and states the following.

why are you saying i have a credit when i have been told by TAP and Expedia i am getting the money returned to original form of payment which would be my mastercard ending 4651.
i want this issue dealt with immediately and advise me of when i will get my money back.
you should abide by your *Better Business Bureau rating A+* i would not like to revert to other means of getting my money back by advertising the fact you have not dealt with this matter earlier.
i look forward to hearing from you in the very NEAR future.
