Misleading Sale

I purchased a George Jensen bottle opener which came from China and was described as POLISHED steel which it is not and a sub standard product in comparison to Jensen. The return policy would make the total cost prohibitive. The advert is a complete lie.I would not recommend purchasing from Frito.

Great Service

Then Tui rep. was superb. She gave us great help and arranged for my £50 compensation to be paid. Could not have had better service.

Problem Solved

This morning I had very little help with my problem trying to book a break.The two agents were very unhelpful. This afternoon, however, the agent was kind, patient,helpful and totally solved my booking problem. Sadly I did not note his name.
