Pretty little thing has not put my address on my parcel forcing royal mail to send it back and not be delivered.
Trying to get hold of someone regarding my package has been impossible. Being sent around in circles with generic replies and being hung up on by the "customer service" phone number supplied on Google.
More stress then what the dress was worth.

Ee are robbing b*********!
I have never had an account, never got connected, never used their services and they've taken £69.35 from my bank. Iv spoke to 7 people since the 11th the day it was taken and they are telling me thismorning my refund still hasn't been processed.
I spent 32 minutes on the phone last Friday alone being passed around!
Who are these people they employ because iv never known customer service like it.
Emailed a complaint and recieved a reply saying they don't deal with this?
So they have basically just taken my money and no one or nothing can do anything.

Thanks for taking the time to stop by and leave a review. It's odd that you've had a payment taken for some sort of EE service or purchase when you've never had a service or made a purchase from us before, and I can understand why you might be concerned.
Our customer service team on 0800 956 6000 will be the very best people to speak with to help investigate that further for you. If you've never been a customer they will need as much information about the purchase as possible and will help look into it for you.

Lifetime have really opened doors for me.
My coach is supportive, i find learning with them stress free and I know if i ever need help there is support out there for me any time!
This was the best decision iv made!

Lifetime are a great learning provider, I'm finding it intresting, challenging but not so much that it is stressful.
My coach is great, he is very motivating and supportive.
