Once again

Once again, finished several surveys throughout the day that should've totaled more than 10 dollars. Quit paying for AI copout responses and start paying people for giving up their opinions and demographics. I'm sure I'll get a response saying this isn't true and I'm wrong, but I guarantee it'll be exactly the same as all the other bs responses I get.

Please note that we don't create the surveys and we don't decide who gets to participate or gets screened out. This is solely dependent on the requirements set by the supplier. Unfortunately, we don't have visibility into each survey's exact requirements. These dynamics are continually changing. The survey providers determine the allocation of points, durations, awards, and the screening process, and are beyond our control.

Being screened out simply means you didn't match the survey's target criteria. Unfortunately, we don't know what specific insights the survey seeks. Please don't give up. Note that it says it may use AI to write replies. Hence why the last 2 responses I got were exactly the same. They have "customer service" people, but we all know it's bs

Is it just me that noticed every…

Is it just me that noticed every response to a complaint is exactly the same? There aren't even real people trying to help you, they have an AI that sends the same response every time. It's all screwed up, and needs to be investigated. They are lying and getting info without compensation.

Why did I get charged for an instant…

Why did I get charged for an instant cashout when I won't receive it for another week? This seems like unfair. You got my answers right away. Why can't I get my cashout in the same manner?

Payments do cost money to send, and as outlined in our Terms, a $0.50 fee applies to cashouts under $10 to help cover that cost. If you cash out $10 or more, we cover the fee for you.

That said, you shouldn’t have to wait a full week — most direct deposit transfers take 1–3 business days to clear, depending on your bank. If it’s been longer than that, please reach out to us at [email protected] so we can take a closer look and help get things sorted.

Good luck getting your 5th survey done

Good luck getting your 5th survey done. As soon(or later) as you get the 4th one done, they send you a survey every few hours. And then "screen you out" without even asking you a question. This site sucks and is a waste of time

Why is it that every time you get down…

Why is it that every time you get down to one survey it takes hours to complete it? This website helps out with supplemental money, but I guarantee I've been screened out hundreds of more times than surveys completed. It's kind of screwed up. It shouldn't take 2 days to complete 5 surveys.

This Card Sucks

This is crap. I've attempted to contact chime about my online account and have been redirected to someone who isn't competent enough to even guide me to someone who can answer my questions. Chime is a joke, and I hope nobody has to deal with the same stuff I've had to.
