Time wasting idiots

These idiots think it's funny for you to complete surveys and not pay you and waste your time and effort like completing the whole survey and screening you out at the end of they just don't pay you when finished it. They love to waste your time and effort they think it's funny

Hey 5 surveys have you ever thought of…

Hey 5 surveys have you ever thought of rebranding and calling yourself screen out surveys because that's all you get on your site screen outs even when you get to the end of the survey it's beyond a joke I've never known anything like it. So I think you better call yourself screen out surveys from now on as I think it's more fair and people know what they are getting into. Let me know what you think?

This survey site is unbelievable

This survey site is unbelievable. Unbelievably bad I've never known anything like it can never do any surveys constant screen outs even when you've finished the survey so they do not have to pay you horrible company steal all your data and answers without reward. Five surveys have you seen all your negative feedback lately don't you think you should do something about it?

Bad news of company

These guys really are the worst the site gets worse constantly finish surveys spending hours trying to make a few dollars. Go through all the surveys finish surveys giving your time and effort and they always screen you out on completion so you do not get your reward this now happens on about 75% of the surveys you complete it's bang out of order wasting people's time and effort. Utter scumbags

Any chance you can put some surveys on…

Any chance you can put some surveys on your site you can actually complete instead of getting screened out of everyone it gets worse and worse used to be ok but now it's complete trash always waste time and effort it's a complete joke

I'm sick to death of completing surveys…

I'm sick to death of completing surveys on this platform finishing the survey that can take up to 50mins to complete only to get screend out at the end and do not get rewarded it happens all the time it's an absolute joke sort your site out and stop wasting people's time. I do not mind getting screened out at the start of the survey but not at the end when you've finished it thay get.all your data and answers and do not pay you. There are too many screen outs on this platform the other day I went through over 20 surveys spending at least 3 hours to be screened out of all of them apart from 1 survey. 5 surveys sort it out and stop wasting people's time and effort it's bad news and bang out of order

User since 2016 blocked my account with no explanation

Been a user of toluna since 2016 and have always found it great until the last couple of months as rewards can take over a month to receive so complained about this a few times. So tried logging into my account today and my account has been blocked for violating terms apparently with no explanation and I still have 2 gift cards that I am owed. How can I suddenly violated terms when I have been a user since 2016? They have just blocked my account because they owe me gift cards and I complained about disgusting and I better still get my gift cards you owe me.

4 rewards not received

have 4 gift cards not received one of the rewards is from the 19th may when they did not send it so put the points back on my account so had to order again and have 3 others from the 6th june not received messaged them about this multiple times and all i get is rewards are still prosessing now they are not responding to my messages used to be a good site now its just shocking .

ordered 3 £10 gift cards off them the…

ordered 3 £10 gift cards off them the first one was over 2 weeks now received the email link for the first 2 gift cards at the same time and both the links in the email do not work all you get is reward is under review so emailed them about this first they said wait 48 hours and try the link again but did not work. so emailed them again and all you get back from them is were working to fix this it been over a week now. so ordered the 3rd gift card after going through all of this and it is the same when you try to get your gift card reward is under review. they just do not want to pay out trying to con people

Waste of time

Says on the site you have to get to 5 euros to redeem for reward done surveys on site got to £5 which is more than 5 euros but can't redeem for a reward when trying it just comes up no rewards available must get to 5 euros to redeem. Messaged them about this with no response total waste of time

Rewards do not work

Been using toluna for years and Always found toluna a great survey site to earn points to redeem for rewards but in the last few months I've just found the site awful as when you exchange your points for a reward they do not send you the rewards so then you have to get in touch with them multiple times for them to send you the reward and when they send them you the rewards link do not work. Got 2 £10 gift cards they sent me that do not work you press on the link on the email and all you get is this reward is under review.contacted them multiple times about this now and all I get back is sorry we working on this it's been over 2 weeks now and the issue has not been fixed. Great way to treat you loyal customers toluna well done. Very bad

Used to be good now it's rubbish…

Used to be good now it's rubbish survey's constantly crashing and always being screened out of surveys when at the end of the survey when you've spent between 10-25 minutes completing it. Plus what they pay you for completing the surveys is poor compared to other survey sites

Being screened out of surveys results from needing to fit the intended target for completing them. New surveys are being created constantly, aiming to gather insights based on their target market, customer profile, or geographical characteristics.

Sometimes, you may answer a few questions, and the supplier decides to screen you out because you are outside their target, even though you have spent some minutes answering. So, if you answered a few questions, you can still get screened out.

We are constantly looking to improve our survey inventory to prevent screen-outs from happening very often. Remember, the more surveys you take, the easier it is to match you with better surveys!

Ordered a £30 Morrisons gift card had…

Ordered a £30 Morrisons gift card had email saying my order has been processed all they sent me was a code to use online but you cannot use Morrisons gift cards online only in-store and to use in-store you need the full gift card with the barcode on it so it can be scanned. I've emailed them about this multiple times with no response. Absolute awful experience
