When I went to the account online (or on the app) to make a transfer an offer comes up for a higher interest rate. Very deceiving message because it cancels the transfer. You have to say no to the offer to transfer your money. I had to get an agent on the phone to explain that this was a retention offer. It doesn't say that.
Overall it has been a difficult digital experience and I am ending it today.

I received an invoice today from Spring Green Columbia City for 15.77 ounces of chemical. Problem is the video shows Jordan only stuck a flag in my lawn and left.
Samantha the office manager made up an excuse before talking to Jordan.

I called 844 number and requested a quote for toilet install. I was sent a quote by email and was told to call my local HD to act on the quote. So I did call my loco HD and was told Monica would call me back. On Tuesday when I did not receive a call I called my loco HD and was told if want to act on the quote I would have to come in to the store and pay for it.
I went to the loco HD and spoke to Lisa who told me they do not do toilet installs.
All that to say "Please Home Depot, Get your act together!"

Company documentation says they are a software company and do not make the hardware. Then as you see from other reviews that the app is not very useful. If you want features you have to pay for a subscription.

My issue with the Frameo is that it will not connect to the internet unless the Frameo is positioned right next to the router. When I contacted support they told be to reset everything or use my phone hotspot. My phone hotspot behaved the same way. Support told me to contact my ISP.

There are other digital frames that do not have these issues.

I set up automatic payment to pay my car loan. They would not take the final payment automatically. I had to jump through hoops to make the final payment. Should be easy but GM financial made it difficult. There is no way to avoid a fee to use a credit card or ACH payment from checking. Not what I expected.

Hospital visit in UK caused us to miss 3 days of cruise.
Chubb paid the hospital, for missed days, and the airline to catch up to the cruise.
When we returned to the USAI submitted a claim by email and was approved in less than 1 hour. I received a check in 9 days.

Free delivery but $30 in higher prices and added fees for $100 order.
And they left the Pizza off the order.
