$17,371 in unauthorized charges — no resolution, no accountability
I experienced $17,371 in unauthorized charges on my business card. I disputed them immediately. The dispute was denied without any evidence or explanation being shared.
Since then:
Account managers have blocked me on WhatsApp
The support number has been unreachable for over a week
No written clarity, no transparency, no ownership
This is not just about one dispute.
It points to a deeper issue where business owners are expected to absorb five-figure losses quietly, with no visibility into how decisions are made.
If a U.S.-issued business card can lose $17K overnight and no one is accountable, then “security” is just a marketing term.
I have now escalated this matter through formal regulatory channels.
For other business owners: please do serious due diligence before trusting critical cash flow to any platform that goes silent when things go wrong.
Transparency is not optional when it’s someone else’s money.
