Lack of integrity

I had a very poor experience attempting to sell an item due to extremely unprofessional customer service. The representative repeatedly bounced offers back and forth with no clear explanation or consistency, creating confusion and wasting my time. Decisions were made without proper communication, which made the entire process frustrating and unreliable.
What was most concerning was the complete lack of accountability. When I asked for the representative’s name for reference, he refused to provide it. That alone reflects a serious lack of professionalism, transparency, and character. Customers should not be left dealing with someone who refuses to identify themselves while handling transactions.
This experience significantly lowered my trust in this service. I would not recommend it to anyone expecting clear communication, accountability, or basic professional standards.
