Lack of communication
Quick and easy to book, but communication from then on is non-existant. Had the confirmation of payment via email, then nothing after that. Concerned I hadn't heard anything, I planned to call them the morning it was due, only to be woken at 7am by the driver - not once was I notified of a delivery time
