Long and expensive
Unexpectedly bad experience, was my last purchase from FootLV ever. In addition to extremely long delivery - 3 weeks instead of promised 5 days - I had to deal with custom clearance and pay import taxes myself, as f I made a purchase directly from China.

We’re sorry to hear about your experience, but we want to clarify a few important points:
1. Delivery times
Our Shipping Policy clearly states that delivery to Europe and the rest of the world takes 7–15 business days.
We do not promise “5 days” for international orders anywhere on our website.
Only U.S. orders can arrive in as fast as 5 business days, depending on the buyer’s location.
We are not sure where the 5-day expectation came from.
2. Customs fees
Our policy also explains that some European countries may apply customs/import fees, and these charges are the responsibility of the customer.
This is standard for international shipments, and we fully disclose it before checkout.
We always advise all customers to review our Shipping Policy before placing an order to avoid misunderstandings.
