Cancelled a reservation on November 11. The property host is Dockside Dreams Lakehouse, Tampa Fl.. According to Vrbo policy, I was due a full refund if cancelled before Dec.3. Host is withholding refund, stating non-refundable. Vrbo stated that the host provided paperwork that does not align with their policy for my cancellation. Vrbo closed my case this am. I have not recieved refund/resolution to date from host or Vrbo.
