The air conditioner was broken in the condo unit we stayed in St Thomas usvi. It was over 80 degrees and not livable for 4 days. The vrbo customer service was no responsive. Wasted my time for 30 min with robo chat. Then a real person ( possibly) promised to help but did nothing, didn't even email or contact me with a status or any suggestions. The customer service does not help the customer
