Don't recommend. They allowed me to finish 4 surveys and then they disqualify me from every next one.. it's been going on for months they just don't want me to cash out, took my money, time and effort. I don't recommend

After two month of fighting with non-responsive and pretty much non existing customer service (they cancelled my orders for no reason, didn't refund funds etc) i finally got my package today and... An item was missing! They've only sent half of order (but charged for a full one)!. Fortunately i collected all the evidence including recording of me opening the package and a communication with the delivery company. This company is a mess, they don't care about their customers at all. Be very careful with their 'SUBSCRIPTIONS' that are very tricky. I am filing a report with authorities today. If you don't believe me- google this company, you'll find more stories like mine.
Response - you know who i am because we already had an exchange of mails (although very inconsistent). You said that you'll refund my money - only one euro (it didn't arrive yet even though you've ALLEGEDLY refunded it days ago). The missing item was worth almost 10 euros. I paid for it using my bonus funds -you didn't refund them. You've cancelled several of my orders and sent only half of my final one. You didn't inform me about it in an advance. It made waste my time and caused me a lot of unnecessary stress. Instead of fixing the issue, you're ignoring me and report my review. No wonder why your score on play store is '1'

Dear -e- , hi. We regret hearing about your bad experience and try to do better. Really, if you address our user support line: [email protected] with the claim (like, improper order fulfillment or so) we guarantee you a fair refund and even more, to compensate your struggles. We did not have a message about the order fulfillment fail neither from you nor from the delivery vendor. We need your claim to identify the unsuccessful order, all the rest we'll do ourselves. Sounds good? Rerarding the Subscription to our platform - yes, we support responsible decision to subscribe. This should be a concious move.
