I had a very disappointing experience…

I had a very disappointing experience with Sintra support.

I was unable to publish my website and raised a support ticket on 18 January. Initially, I was informed the issue would be resolved within 3–5 days. After that, I was told the technical team was reviewing the case.

Since then, there has been no meaningful update, responses have stopped completely, and I’m now unable to chat with the support team at all. It feels like the issue is being ignored rather than resolved.

It has now been almost 17 days, and the problem is still not fixed. For a platform positioned as a business solution, this level of support and communication is very disappointing.

I hope the team improves response time, transparency, and follow-up, especially for critical issues like website publishing.
