Fakers taking your money, careful....
We want to warn others to be careful. The company uses a name very similar to another firm (something like “Ace Web …”) and prominently references an Inc. 500 recognition — which may create the impression they’re part of that respected group. In our experience, that impression didn’t match the service we received.
What happened to us: they made promises about the scope and timeline that were not kept, communication was slow or non-existent when we tried to follow up, and the final product/service fell far short of what was advertised. We also encountered billing/charges that felt questionable and received no satisfactory explanation when we asked for clarification. Overall the experience was extremely disappointing and cost us time and money.
We tried to resolve the situation directly (contacted support, requested a refund, and asked for a clear plan to fix the issues) but did not get a meaningful resolution. Because of that, we feel others should exercise caution before doing business with them.
If you’re considering this company: get references, insist on written agreements with clear deliverables and timelines, keep screenshots of any claims they make (like Inc. 500 or awards), pay by a method that offers buyer protection, and be prepared to dispute charges if something goes wrong. If you’d like, I can share more details about our interactions — names, dates, and screenshots — for anyone who asks.
****UPDATE**** to the reply of the merchant. It’s not true/valid what merchant is saying. I checked when both companies were legally established and yours was years years later. At the very least one should be forthcoming and apologize and correct their ways.
