The website is user-friendly so it is easy to navigate. I would play on Casiny nearly everytime I got the chance. Easy to use site and very generous offers

It was a good site to begin with, fast withdraws and very easy. But as soon as I won something big. There was delay after delay, same thing over again. I then got told to cancel my withdraw as the amount was too big, and was only allowed to withdraw a certain amount this month. However, the withdraw amount is still pending and I’ve been following up getting the same answers (that they will make it a priority, and take it up with managment) but I’m still waiting. I’m having to follow up 3/4 times a day. Very disappointing. This site is happy to take your money, then as soon as you win something huge it becomes a mission to withdraw.

I have been having issues for over two days regarding my withdrawal. It is not even a big amount.

I have been left extremely frustrated by the lack of support received during this process. I have tried on multiple occasions to withdraw some funds. My transfers kept bouncing back to my Casiny account.

I contacted live support. I was told there was a system error regarding withdrawals. This has been for 2 days. I have been given no roadmap, no help. All I receive is generic answers.

I followed up by email, the same scenario, robotic copy and paste reply’s, 0 help.

It is not even a big amount, it is just the principle of it at this stage. I would like this issue resolved as I have had it. I am an avid player and when I do on the off chance win, I would at least like to get my cash.

I am new here and have already deposited a lot of money. I finally had a big win 4 days ago and I am still waiting for my withdrawal. They asked for additional KYC information which is understandable as all casinos do! I waited another 24 hours just for them to look at my verification and they told me I was missing 1 more piece of information so I uploaded it. Now I’m still waiting…. There withdrawl policy says UPTO 9 hours which is why I started playing here because it seemed like they do fast withdrawls.

Before I ever deposited money I made sure my account was verified the 3 times I’ve withdrawn only smaller amounts have taken about 12 hours to process but I just won a higher amount and was asked to re verify my account which I done almost immediately it’s now been 4 days and still nothing. Heads up Casiny! If you can fast track you withdrawal process similar to how your deposit process is (go figure🥴) you would have the same customers depositing again faster!

They have placed my account on a "Take a break" for 1 month without confirming with me i wanted to do that.

I have 2k balance in my account and i have been waiting 11 days for them to withdraw those funds as i cannot access it any other way.
