A wonderful tool, built for our industry with all of the things in mind that we need to consider. I feel safe using Claras.ai as they take the safety of my clients data seriously. They understand the nuances of our job in advice and it's refreshing to use as a support piece in our business!

Claras.ai has been a game changer for file notes. Gone are the days of 30 minutes trying to remember everything the client said, which client said what and making sure the compliance stuff is on point. Claras means file notes are done in under 5 minutes, including time spent double checking it. The continued developments such as 'insights' and 'talking point' features make for an easier, personalised discussion with each and every client. Keep up the great work guys!

Claras has enabled me to reclaim my life. It produces incredible file notes with just the right balance of detail and simplicity with a human feel. It is so simple to make some adjustments to provided file note templates so your file note is just how you want it, whether you want something very structured with headings and subheadings for an annual review or something simpler it produces exactly what you are looking for. The emails it generates are so useful for new and existing clients, especially the list of actions and I've had great feedback from my clients. The client summary gives a useful overview of the client's personal and financial position so quickly and it actually prompts you with things you may want to ask the client about based on your previous discussions ... to me it's like magic. I don't want to even think about my life as an advisor without it.

Claras.ai works as advertised which is rare in the modern landscape in which software overpromises and under delivers. What it will do for advisers is free up their time to aim at other causes such as seeing more clients or choosing to spend that time on relationships or other pursuits. What I like most about the what the team at Claras.ai is doing is that they are focussed on bringing value to their clients the advisers but also the advisers clients, not just creating bells and whistles to sell a product. Their vision isn't narrow either which i think is a plus, given the large impact that AI could make in all areas of the advice chain and not just in file noting.

I've tried a number of different AI tools to help cut down the time file notes take. Claras is by far the quickest and provides the most human output of any of them. I'm really impressed with Claras and the ability to create templates for the system to work from works perfectly.

I have been using Claras.ai to prepare file notes from initial client meetings. At this stage I am simply recording the meeting notes, copying and pasting into Claras.ai and it generates the file note and a follow up email template to send to clients. Even with highly complex client scenarios it has accurately captured key information and the file notes are presented in a way that is better than what I was previously doing and still ticks all of the compliance boxes. Estimated time saving for complex initial advice about 45 minutes per file note.
