All of our jewelry is shipped in a jewelry box with protective packaging ; we do not ship orders in plastic pouches. We carefully document our fulfillment process, and our records confirm your order was packaged according to our standard procedures.

Regarding documentation, the item selected is not listed as a certified piece on our product page. We are always transparent about which diamonds include third-party certification, and certification details are clearly noted when applicable. Our team responded via email to clarify this as well.

Do not do business with this company

It is worth noting that after my negative one star review, the company responded...
"We’re very sorry to hear about your experience and want to help resolve this as quickly as possible. Could you please reach out to our customer service team with your order details so we can look into what happened and work toward a solution?"
Where was this so called help when I was in the midst of the problem? I was only told that I was on my own, lied to about a Fed Ex signature, and told to go to the police.

Great ring exactly as I wanted it

Great ring exactly as I wanted it! I'm not great with digital dimensions and didn't think about the different the finger lengths of the models versus the person I'm buying it for.

It took me a year to find the setting I liked. Clean origins had it and that's really how they won my business.

Anyway, I proposed 5 hours after it arrived because I couldn't wait and wanted to know what she thought. She said yes!

All of her friends ask why it's so big. I think that's a good thing! Not sure, but it makes me a little self conscious though. Fiance loves it and so I'm very happy. Wouldn't change a thing

Really great experience!

I had a really great experience with Clean Origin from start to finish. Buying a ring can feel overwhelming, but the whole process was easy, straightforward and stress-free.

The quality is amazing. The craftsmanship is solid and refined, the setting feels secure, and the diamond itself is stunning in person — even more beautiful than I expected! Everything feels well made and thoughtfully designed.

Customer service was responsive and helpful whenever I had questions, without being pushy or salesy. Communication was clear, shipping was smooth, and everything arrived exactly when they said it would.

Overall, Clean Origin delivered exactly what I was hoping for: a beautiful ring and great quality. I’d absolutely recommend them to anyone considering a lab-grown diamond.

Nearly 40 days and still NOTHING.

Order number #CO10128916

My husband and I placed an order with Clean Origin nearly 40 days ago. We spent almost $1,800. All we are left with currently is a singular invoice and a couple emails to do damage control, and our money taken from us.

We were given an estimated ship date of December 29th That came and went without a word. The date was then moved to January 9th but only after I had to chase them down for any communication about it, and STILL i received no shipment confirmation, no tracking, no ring, and no communication. I’ve now sent multiple emails to initiate any sort of reassurance. On January 9th I demanded to either know the status of my ring or a full refund. Since then, any form of communication has gone cold.

This experience has been nothing short of infuriating. Clean Origin has no problem taking your money in full immediately, but suddenly disappears when it comes to delivering the actual product. Holidays or not, there is zero excuse for this level of negligence, especially when you’re charging thousands of dollars for rings that are meant to symbolize trust and commitment.

Do better or stop calling yourselves a trustworthy jeweler. Because from where I’m standing, this whole process feels like a scam with extra steps!

Misleading In-Stock Christmas Delivery Promises - Completely Ruined Our Holiday

I ordered a diamond tennis necklace (order #CO010129617) on December 17th directly from Clean Origin’s in-stock section, specifically choosing an item advertised for arrival in time for Christmas.

The order confirmation email clearly stated an expected ship date of December 23rd via overnight FedEx, and a pre-purchase chat representative assured me it would arrive on time.

On Christmas Eve, I contacted them as I had not received shipment or tracking info.

Chat support revealed the order was still “in process” due to “quality control and holiday volume,” with no actual ship date and no estimated ship date.

The rep admitted they do not guarantee delivery dates, despite marketing in-stock items for Christmas delivery.

This leaves my wife with nothing to open Christmas morning in front of our six children - heartbreaking disappointment and unnecessary stress during the holidays. Only empty apologies, no expediting.

Clean Origin’s misleading advertising and lack of follow-through turned a thoughtful gift into a nightmare. I am left scrambling last minute.

I will pursue a chargeback with Visa and warn others everywhere. Avoid this company for time-sensitive purchases, especially holidays - many better diamond retailers exist that keep their word and care about their customers.

We are very sorry for this experience. You are absolutely right, and we take full responsibility for the delay and the missed Christmas delivery.

You placed your order with the reasonable expectation that your item would ship in time for Christmas, and we failed to meet that expectation. The necklace you ordered was part of a holiday promotion that sold through more quickly than anticipated. To fulfill all orders, we immediately began producing additional pieces and did everything we could to expedite production. Unfortunately, despite those efforts, we were not able to complete and ship the order in time for Christmas.

That explanation is not meant as an excuse, rather, it is simply where we fell short. We should not have created an expectation we could not meet, especially for a time-sensitive holiday gift.

We fully understand how disappointing and stressful this was, particularly on Christmas Eve, and we deeply regret that this resulted in your wife having nothing to open on Christmas morning. That is not the experience we ever want to create for our customers or their families.

At your request, the order was canceled on Christmas Eve and a full refund was issued immediately. While that was the correct step, we recognize it does not undo the disappointment caused.

Your feedback is taken seriously, and we are actively reviewing our holiday inventory, production planning, and delivery messaging to ensure this does not happen again.

Again, we are very sorry for letting you down.

I ordered a bracelet three weeks ago they gave me a delivery date of the 17th of course I didn't get it this seems like the same problem a lot of people have they sell stock that they don't have and you could wait months for it it was a gift for the holidays and of course like many others that is ruined I wouldn't recommend using them you've been warned

Clean Origin's customer service is top notch!

My ring had to be resized and was delivered in less than 2 weeks (which was a lot earlier than anticipated)! Did not arrive as advertised, classic bait and switch

Well 2nd order failed to make it here by Christmas as they advertised. Two phone calls and one chat reassured me and stated it would be here by now, it would ship on by the 23rd overnight at that just in time for Christmas and guess what? ALL LIES! I took screenshots of everything and plan to report this as it is a classic bait and switch tactic. I feel embarrassed as now no gift will be given! Don’t need it now since Christmas will be over and no gift! Appears I am not the only one based on recent reviews.

Bumpy Road but beautiful product

Ordered a ring for Christmas and was told it would ship on 12/22. When I contacted them about the shipment, they couldn't confirm it would be here as promised. I reached out to customer service over 5 times and each time they promised an update. I never got an update. Also, the customer service has no clue what is happening in production.

*Update: they made it right and it got here on time. Ring is gorgeous and better than expected. I would order again but a lot earlier.

Due to a much higher order volume than anticipated, our team prioritized getting orders shipped as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, that meant our internal status updates and customer communication didn’t keep pace, and promises of follow-up weren’t met. We understand how upsetting that is, and we take responsibility for it.

Ruined christmas

I ordered a tennis bracelet for my wife for Christmas on November 24th. Was supposed to ship on 12/10. I called on 12/13 and they said it was delayed but would expedite. They said it would be delivered on 12/16. I called on 12/17. They said 12/18 or 12/22 at latest. I called on 12/22. They said they’d talked about my order in their daily meeting and would call me back. No call back. So despite ordering a month in advance, it won’t arrive before Xmas. And I had to constantly call for updates. Terrible experience overall. Would never consider buying from them again.

Update: It's Christmas eve, Fedex just tried to deliver my package at my work address and no one was there to sign for it so now it will be delivered to my house on 12/29. I had previously asked to change the shipping address once I knew it was going to be delivered on Xmas Eve... but no one changed the address. no one called me back...

Your company put wrong address down

Your company put wrong address down, called several times and was told someone would follow up. No one followed up and I had to work with FedEx on my own. I ended up driving to FedEx to get my package. Very disappointed in how everything was handled!!!
