I ordered the Creality Falcon 10W Pro with Air Support. Delay after Delay. Weeks went by. Finally they said, we could offer the 10W updated version, they would add in the air support. (They did). Delivery update “Package on the way”. I followed the delivery. Next message “delivery next day”. The next day message “Package returned to Overseas Warehouse” now it took even more time. It took 6 weeks to deliver.
I kept getting from their “customer support “ I’m sorry you’re.,,,,” They come back with a “I understand how you feel. I'd like to offer you a 20 CAD gift card as compensation. Would you accept that?”
That probably won’t arrive.
Save your time, stress, and money, and buy elsewhere.

Kommunikation ok, Lieferung eine Enttäuschung
Ich vergebe zwei Sterne, weil die Kommunikation grundsätzlich funktioniert. Der Support-Chat sowie der E-Mail-Support sind erreichbar, antworten zeitnah und Anliegen werden auch beantwortet. Trotzdem war das Gesamterlebnis leider enttäuschend.
Ich habe bewusst direkt beim Hersteller bestellt, da auf der Webseite klar angegeben war, dass das Produkt seit dem 14.01.2026 auf Lager ist, der Versand aus Deutschland erfolgt und die Lieferzeit bei etwa 7 bis 9 Tagen liegt. Auf diese Angaben habe ich mich verlassen.
Nach über einer Woche habe ich jedoch nicht einmal eine Versandbestätigung erhalten. Im Creality Support-Chat wurde mir ausdrücklich gesagt, dass meine Bestellung noch in derselben Woche verschickt wird. Kurz darauf kam per E-Mail die gegenteilige Aussage, dass der Versand voraussichtlich erst Anfang/Mitte Februar erfolgen soll. Damit wird aus einer beworbenen Lieferzeit von wenigen Tagen plötzlich eine Wartezeit von mehreren Wochen.
Als Begründung wurden Wetterbedingungen genannt. In Deutschland ist es zwar kalt, es gab jedoch kein nennenswertes Chaos und andere Bestellungen kommen problemlos an. Die Versandwege funktionieren aktuell normal.
Unterm Strich fühlt man sich auf die Angaben der Webseite und die Aussagen des Supports leider nicht verlassen. Die Kommunikation ist zwar vorhanden, aber widersprüchlich, und die tatsächliche Lieferzeit weicht stark von den beworbenen Informationen ab. Auf das Produkt wird nun deutlich länger gewartet als erwartet, was sehr enttäuschend ist.

Soy usuario de una Falcon A1 Pro. El producto es excente. El programa Falcon Design space no lo es tanto.
Pero lo que me lleva a no poner más estrellas son dos motivos:
1-Falta de soporte técnico o asesoramiento: he enviado correos a la dirección de soporte. Y me ha rechazao los correos. Y siendo que la dirección la obtuve la página web.
2-No tienen venta directa en Argentina: he requerido comprar accesorios e insumos, desde la página web y no tienen venta en Argentina. De hecho, mi equipo lo tuve que comprar por Amazon, para que llegue a mí país.

Got my Falcon2Pro on FB Marketplace, but still able to get everything I needed from Creality.
Took a bit with the language barrier, but again, got all I needed for a machine I purchased 2nd hand.

Bonne machine totalement automatique. La precision est très bonne et la puissance de 20w est adapté pour mon utilisation.

The lasers that I have, 5w, 10w, 22w and a 40w are all awesome. Entry level ease with far from entry level performance. The value of these machines make it possible for small businesses like ours to grow and profit more with the savings.
They made a great machine.
Falcon A1 and support
Prior to purchasing the Falcon A1 I installed the Falcon Design Space on my laptop to get familiar with the program. I could not get it to launch. I used link on Falcon website but never heard back. Could be issue with the link because I typed the support email address and got a response within 24 hours and had a time scheduled with a software engineer. He got the program running and said it was something in the software and would correct it in the next update which just came out and the issue has been fixed. I also received several follow up emails from the support team.
As for the Falcon A1 I purchased, it has exceeded my expectations. Engraving is very detailed. I am able to cut through plywood which is 5.5 mm thick in one pass. That’s awesome for a 10 watt laser. Also, vent fan and air assist are automatic and the software is used friendly.
Poor Quality
I purchased my Falcon A1 about 3 months ago and while it started great the camera has consistently not worked even when replacing the camera lense. Each update to the machine has caused issues and I purposely purchased for the camera function.

I too understand the frustration of working with companies that do not respond. I have two other machines one is Ortur and the other one is AtomStack. Both I have problems with and getting help is a nightmare.
First Laser Cut & Engraver
First time with a Laser Cut and engraver, best experience, never an error, really satisfied.
Awful machine
Awful machine. Usual Crealty poor customer service with a warranty that is actually just for parts. YOU will be expected to provide the labor to fix any faults. They use the customer to carry out the engineering and development that should have been before release. WiFi doesn't work, camera and self focussing are a joke. DO NOT BUY ONE - they won't refund or exchange it. Luckily I bought it on a credit card so can get my money back maybe.
Customer service is non existent. No responsibility.
So I ordered the Falcon A1 through a third party since there was a good deal on it. No issues, good product, happpy with this purchase. However, Come to find I needed a honeycomb grid to produce higher quality cuts from the laser.
I ordered this directly from Creality Falcon. They dispatched through Royal Mail, the delivery driver abandoned the parcel on my doorstep when nobody was home, and labelled the delivery as ‘delivered to safe place’ with a picture of it on my doorstep. Get home, parcel is missing. I understand that this is Royal Mail’s error, but I reached out to Creality Falcon and Royal Mail. Royal Mail told me to go through Creality Falcon, Creality Falcon told me to go through Royal Mail. (I should state that senders have to make a claim on behalf of receivers, as is Royal Mail’s policy).
Creality Falcon are no help whatsoever. Have me contacting Royal Mail and sitting on hold for over an hour while I’m at work for ‘proof of non delivery’, which isn’t the problem in the first place since it was delivered but it was done so ineffectively (which I have explained multiple times now). I’ve sent them delivery evidence and policies from the Royal Mail that highlight the error, but still not interested, the burden is on my shoulders to speak to Royal Mail against all policies, no offer of new product or refund, no assistance in starting a claim or taking responsibility for their contractor’s error.
No customer service whatsoever.
Don't buy from here it may cost you
My recommendation is to not even think about buying from Creality Falcon.com. Here's why:
I purchased a Falcon2 22W laser engraver through finance and decided to cancel the order almost immediately. Mainly, becuase part of the order was being shipped from China and that I would have to pay import tax and VAT on it. I thought that due to the domain name UK.creality.com that it was based in the UK.
I cancelled the order by email on 5th Agust 2025 and received no reply. I sent another request on the 6th August and got no reply. However later that day, I received n email stating that the order had been despatched. CrealityFalcon refused to cancel my order.
I have proof from the courier companythat my order wasn't collected until the evening of 6th August 2025.
The short version is that if I want my money back I have to return the machine to China (Unknown to me, it was shipped from a UK distributuion centre). Creality will deduct the VAT that I paid plus all shipping costs (about £200). Their return policy also states that they may deduct more money if they consider the machine to be damaged! It wouldn't be practical to travel to China if a condition dispute occured.Due to Creality's trading practice, I beleive that this would be the case.
I strongly recommend that you don't buy from this company as tney are whatI consider to be dishonest in their business practice and if you need to return your machine due to damage etc their policy makes it very clear that one way or another you may not get your money back.
I also wouldn't trust their customer services either as it seems that their only motivation is to get sales at any cost!

they sell cheap basswood, I've been using basswood for over a year, my regular vendor on Amazon no longer has basswood available, so I thought getting it from a company that sell laser cutters would be a good idea, since that's what I use the wood for, well I was wrong. I have been using 1/8 thick basswood since I started my business, and I know the weight in which it should be to produce a good product. I purchased basswood from Creality Falcon, and when it arrived, I picked up the box and knew it wasn't going to work, a ream of paper is heavier than this wood, I reached out to the company to send it back, and they told me I would have to pay for shipping to return it. I read their policy and it states I could return it in 14 days if its unopened which it has not been opened or used. Their loop hole in their return policy is if you want to return it for personal reasons, who does that. If an item is not the quality that you expected, you should be able to return an item. PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY PURCHASING FROM THIS COMPANY, YOU WILL BE VERY DISAPPOINTED.
